location recci on if the location is good to film, free travel on bus for the storyboard writer,planner,researcher, go out to Mcdonald's or KFC to eat provided by the school:laptop, printer, paying for paper and pens for running order, storyboards for researching and buying last minute things online, tmobile usb internet connection for communcation with other people to make important choices £10 topup for people helping
cameraman, soundman, floor manger, director presenters, guests, planning on having guests to be freeand getting friends to help out for presenting camera to record the entire documentary to pick up quality sound when filming on location or off location is needed to hold camera still, when filimg, and for filimg it different hieght levels. where film would be recorded to on. dolly is needed to show travel movemnt with presenter when filming. during interviews lighting may be used for people helping out to travel to place of location if I need to get permission to film on location I need to sort it out before the day of production. Do need to pay fo for everyone who is helping on the day will get cheap tesco value refreshment will be used to call people working in production and contact sources needed for the production do not need it , will be able to work without the need of it and have mobile phones used to do last mintue research , send emails to other people during this stage covered by the school so is free covered by the school so is free tshirts, presenters custumes, extra things needed in the background or frame
to music artists that I will be using in my documentary and also products Imac, Imovie is part of the Mac will not need to paid for. graphics editor, sound editor, I will be doing these things so do not need to hire anyone to do it for me. my friend who offered to do it for me for free willdo the voice over chinese for two to burn the documentary on a CD/DVD use to record voiceover and any extra nondiagtic sound extra money used for last mintue things that was not accounted for within the budget.
