Current Landscape Vulnerable Youth- A Generation At Risk The future legacy of our nation is currently “at risk”. Here are some statistics: The high school dropout rate of the top 50 cities in our nation is at 51.2%! The average high school graduate student today, without any further training or education, will experience a 42% employment rate over the age of 25! That’s 58% unemployment experience over the course of their lives. Behavior lost time in schools today accounts for over 70% of the suspension occurrences. Ignoring school policy rules is the top contributor!
