KAWALAN GEODESI PUGAK Prof. Madya Dr. Khairul Anuar bin Abdullah
1
Pengenalan

perhitungan kedudukan ufuk sesuatu stesen.

Precise Levelling In principle precise levelling is similar to ordinary levelling but with several refinements to minimise errors and improve accuracy. f (observer, instrument, method)

accuracy. Consists of a glass prism with parallel sides. When rotated this prism shifts the line of sight vertically by a small amount which is measured on the micrometer. By moving the line of sight vertically to the nearest graduation, the micrometer measures the displacement to 1/100th of a mm.

Errors and how to eliminate them ■ Curvature - increase over the length of the line ■
• BS = FS or sum BS = sum FS Refraction - varies with line of sight, and time • BS = FS • sight to the same staff first • sequence of sightings to left and right of staff • don’t take reading lower than 0.6m • carry out reverse levelling at a different time of day

Precise Levelling in Malaysia ■ In 1983, DSMM began to redetermine the precise MSL ■ ■
value in conjunction with the establishment of the new Precise Levelling Network for Peninsular Malaysia. This was carried out by the setting-up of a Tidal Observation Network that consists of 12 tidal stations. Port Kelang was selected for the adoption as a reference for the NGVD origin, based upon a 10-year tidal observations period (1984-93).
37
Precise Levelling in Malaysia ■ The Precise Levelling Network project in the Peninsular ■ ■
was conducted in 1984. The project consists of establishing a first-order levelling survey along main roads and newly completed highways. It consists of 2089 precise levelling bench marks over a distance of 1946 km
38

39
Precise Levelling in Malaysia ■ Second class levelling were also carried out to densify ■ ■ ■
the network. A total of 824 bench marks have been established using this technique, covering a distance of 1158 km. The whole network has precision ranging from 3 to 12 mm per km which correspond to first and second class requirements. It incorporate corrections for rod scale, temperature, level collimation and refraction.
40
Precise Levelling in Malaysia ■ For Sabah and Serawak, six different height datums are ■ ■ ■
used for various purposes. This is mainly due to the lack of good roads connecting the tide gauges in the region. In Sarawak, DSMM has set-up a levelling route from Kuching to Miri in Sarawak For Sabah, precise levelling routes are being set-up to connect the north, east and west of the region

Ketinggian ■ Medan graviti digambarkan ■ ■
oleh permukaan samaupaya yang tidak selari. δL tidak sama δh Maka, beza aras antara 2 titik A,B tidak sama dengan beza ketinggian A,dan B, hB - hA
44
Ketinggian ■ Hubungan sebenar antara beza aras tercerap δL bezatinggi sepadan δh boleh dinyatakan melalui graviti.
45
Ketinggian Menggunakan bezaan:

Tinggi Ortometrik
■ Tinggi Ortometrik suatu titik A ditakrifkan sebagai jarak garis plumb sebenar yang menghubungkan titik A dengan geoid.
57
Tinggi Ortometrik ■ Beza samaupaya boleh dinyatakan :
dimana g’ ialah graviti sepanjang garisan plumb.
58
