Step 1 – On your internet browser, go to our official website www.sif.org.sg/yseapply. Read the information and click on ‘APPLY NOW’

Step 2 – Read the information on this page. Click on ‘SUBMIT AN ENTRY’ to create your submission.

Step 3 (I) Create an account on Judgify, our application platform. (II) Please log in to your existing Judgify account, if you already have one. (I) If you do not have a Judgify account, please register for one. Proceed to Step 4.

(II) If you have an existing Judgify account, please log in. Proceed to Step 7.

Step 4 – Read the instructions and complete ‘Entrant Profile’. The entrant profile details will be the log-in information for your submission. Each submission only requires one entrant profile.

Step 5 – Start your application.

Step 6 – If you are unable to complete the application at one go, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click ’Save as Draft’.

Step 7 – To return to your application, go to www.judgify.me/yseapply2019. Click on ‘SUBMIT AN ENTRY’. Log in with your account ID and password.

Step 8 – Once logged in, you will see the dashboard with your submissions. If your submission status is ‘Draft’, click on ‘Complete Submission’ to return to your draft.

Note that all incomplete drafts have to be completed and submitted by the deadline, 9 December 2018, 2359 hours, Singapore time.

Step 9 – Complete your application. After you check all answers, click on ‘Submit’. The main contact person (entrant profile) will receive an automated confirmation email. If you/your team would like to submit more than one idea, click on ‘Submit & Add New’. However, in the interest of fairness to other participating teams, only one of your ideas may be selected.

Step 10 – Check your email inbox for a confirmation email, eg below. Once application is submitted, no edits can be made. Please contact the SIF team at [email protected] if you need to make a request for edits.

Step 11 – Congratulations, you have completed your submission! Log in to your Judgify account. You should see a ’Completed’ status under submitted entries.

Note: Once completed, please do not duplicate your submission(s).
