Oracle9i - Archive Log Backup Using Oem (missing Sequence)

How to backup ArchiveLog using OEM 1) Log in to OEM using OMS (ermsetprd01) as sysman/sysman

2) Go to the node that you need to backup and right click, choose Backup Management > Backup (refer Figure 1) and click Next (refer Figure 2).

3) Choose Customize backup strategy (refer Figure 3) and click Next.

4) Choose Archivelogs to backup archivelogs only (refer Figure 4) and click Next.

5) If the archived log sequence are all in order and none missing, choose option “all archived logs” (see Figure 5) but if there is a missing sequence of archived log choose option “Selected archived logs” (see Figure 6) and choose the date you wish to start sequence from.

6) Named the job (refer Figure 7), click finish and monitor it under the Jobs section (refer Figure 8).
