1- Overview What This Is? The Online Books Page is a website that facilitates access to books that are freely readable over the Internet. It also aims to encourage the development of such online books, for the benefit and edification of all. Major parts of the site include: •

An index of thousands of online books freely readable on the Internet



Pointers to significant directories and archives of online texts



Special exhibits of particularly interesting classes of online books



Information on how readers can help support the growth of online books

Where It Started? The Online Books Page originally was founded in 1993 by the current editor, while he was a student at Carnegie Mellon University. He maintained it there until summer 1999, with Web space and computing resources provided by the School of Computer Science. In 1999, it moved to its present location at Penn.

Who is benefit from this website?

All internet users will benefit from this online library, especially online learners who need to find information quickly. It can support the e-learning by provide e-book for the learners and instructor easily.

2- problem, question and purpose of evaluation: • the main purpose of this evaluation is to identify if the online library is

really support the e-learning or not. • This study aims to answer about this question: Is the online library really support the e-learning?

3- evaluation instruments: we use survey to answer about the questions of this evaluation. This survey include 15 questions. The participants who answer the questions are 14 female students from Sultan Qaboos University. http://www.surveyconsole.com/console/TakeSurvey?id=569428

5- Advantages and limitations of the technology

Depend on the response of the students the advantages of online library are: 1. The information that the online library provide is compare to the

students knowledge. 2. The subject include depth, clear, enough, old and update

information. Depend on the response there is no limitation for this technology.

6- Conclusion: From the result of the study we can say that the Online Book page is effective and support the e-learning.
