Speed & Power • Standing Broad Jump – Distance • 5 m sprint (start at standing position)
Muscle strength • Squat stand – duration. • Reclining pull up in 1 min. • Crab kick in 1 min.
Aerobic • Animal walk (4 feet) • Within 3 minutes, distance cover.
• Hand paddling • Within 5 minutes, distance cover.
Speed endurance • Jump continuously 0.5-1 m apart,
count how many jump can make. • Paddling for 30 seconds, distance.
