Human Resources Department Luenthai International Group Phils., Inc Andres Bonifacio Avenue, Clark Freeport, Mabalacat, Pampanga Dear Sir/Ma’am: The Department of Industrial Engineering under the College of Engineering and Architecture has produced highly competitive Industrial Engineers through the past years. As compliance to the curriculum, qualified 4th year students are required to take their on-the-job training this summer semester of school year 2018-2019. This OJT will enable them not only to complete the requirements but also to explore various aspects of the Industrial Engineering field, allowing them to put into practice what they have learned in the school. For this reason, I formally endorse SHANIA LOIS M. BELTRAN and ANGELAH D. GUZMAN to get their training from your prestigious institution for I deem it the most appropriate and capable for the enhancement of their skills either theoretically or practically.
