CALL TO ORDER. Mayor Hawkins called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

REVIEW AND APPROVE AN ORDINANCE TO REMOVE THE MORATORIUM. A motion was made by Alderman Keller to approve Ordinance 176 to remove the moratorium on new construction and mobile homes. Alderman Hunter secondedthe motion that passedby a vote of 3/FOR and O/OPPOSED.

APPROVE THE APPOINTMENT OF A COURT CLERI( Alderman McElyea moved to appoint C. J Wilkerson as Court Clerk. The motion was secondedby Alderman Keller and passedby a vote of 3/FOR and 0/OPPOSED.
Alderman Keller, Alderman Hunter and Alderman McElyea were present.
5. APPROVE THE APPOINTMENT OF A FIRE CHIEF. A motion was made by Alderman Keller to table the appointment of a Fire Chief until the next Regular Council Meeting. Alderman McElyea secondedthe motion that passedbv a vote of 3/FOR and 0/OPPOSED. 6.
APPROVE NORTH TEXAS EMS SUBSTATION AT THE VOLUNTEER F'IRE DEPARTMENT STATION. Alderman Keller moved to table this item until more information was available. The motion was secondedby Alderman McElyea and passedby a vote of 3/For and 0/OPPOSED.
7. REVIEW AND APPROVE A CONTRACT WITH LAKEWORTH DEPARTMENT 8.

Alderman Keller moved to approve a contract with SamsonPark pending approval by the SamsonPark City Council for dispatchandjail services. The motion was secondedby Alderman Hunter and passedby a vote of 3/FOR and 0/OPPOSED. REVIEW AND APPROVE REPLAT FOR R.D. WILSON PROPERTTES - LOTS 203, 204 AMD 205 AT 1917 CORAL ROAD. Alderman Keller moved to table the replat until a written request is received by the property owner. Alderman McElyea secondedthe motion that passedby a vote of 3/FOR and 0/OPPOSED.
10. REVIEW AND APPROVE RESERVE POLICE OFFICERS.
