This session will explore how to identify elder abuse in the hospital, home care and nursing home/rehab setting and ways to enhance early identification and intervention. This session will give an in-depth analysis of the Brookdale DMM research findings regarding the individual and community benefits of DMM Programs in New York City and their public policy implications.
