****NUTTY NUTCRACKER TICKETS ON SALE NOW**** 2010 Annual Showcase The showcase will be held at Lake Mary High School on Saturday June 19, 2010. Mandatory Dress Rehearsal Friday June 18, 2010. Please mark your calendars and invite friends and family to be a part of this enjoyable event in your child’s life.

November Showcase Happenings We will be taking measurements this month for Showcase costumes. Parents, please make sure you have completed a Showcase form. This form must be filled out even if your dancer will not be participating in our 2010 annual Showcase. Also, please be aware that the 3rd and final payment is due no later than Monday, November 16th. If payment is not received on or before the 16th a $10 late fee will be assessed. In addition, a $15 “Rush Order” fee will be charged for any payments received after December 19th and your costume will not be available for Showcase pictures. Showcase forms are available at the front desk.

Dates the Studio will be closed: Thanksgiving- Wednesday, November 25th –Saturday, November 28th. Classes will resume on Monday, November 30th.

Winter Holiday-Monday, December 21stIf you need to speak to your child’s teacher, please do not Saturday, January 2nd. The Nutty Nutcracker We are having our Third annual Christmas Concert “The Nutty Nutcracker Dancing through the Decades” on Sunday December 13, 2009, at Lake Mary High School. The show will be at 3:30pm. We have a wonderful silent auction prior to the show and awesome raffle opportunities! (Great Christmas gift items!) The show is performed by our Xtreme Dance Company. The Nutty Nutcracker is a fundraiser to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Fighting Blood Cancer. Ticket prices for the show are as follows: V.I.P. tickets are $25.00 and General Seating tickets are $5.00 for children and $10.00 for adults, and are on sale now at the studio. Payment may be made by cash or check – payable to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This is a great event, the place to be for children for the holidays! Face painting, balloonist, and Santa will all be there. How about you?

If your child is not happy with her or his class, we may need to Coloring Contest is now underway!! look into changing the class. We Coloring pages are now available at the front desk. Cover Ups

Lost and Found Did you know that Xtreme has a Lost and Found? If you are missing items please check with the front desk. They will check the Lost and Found and return any items found to you. For sanitary purposes any items containing food will be promptly disposed of.

Parents, please encourage your dancer to wear cover ups to and from their dance class, Tuition Reminder especially your older dancers to Tuition is due by the Fifth of each month. If you pay your tuition on or before the Fourth of each month maintain modesty. you will save $5.00 off your monthly tuition. If we do not receive your tuition by the Tenth of each month an . automatic $15.00 late fee will be applied. You may pay your tuition by cash, check, or Debit/ Credit Cards. Health and Safety We take Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.
