The E-portfolio has six different sections. Home page Language Arts Mathematics Unit of Inquiry Specialists Photo Gallery
The only part that should be edited is the ‘white’ section. Please leave the font, text size and color the same.

Saving files, where and how? As a standard structure of saving files, a suggestion is to save the files in the following structure: SubjectArea_TitleofWork_StudentName
Files should be saved in the appropriate places for the subject areas and must be in their e-portfolio folder. Please convert all Microsoft office documents to PDF’s (e.g. Word/Excel/Publisher & PowerPoint files).
Saving as PDF’s in: Word, Excel and PowerPoint:

In Publisher, click on ‘Save As’ and change the ‘Type’.
Editing the E-portfolio with FrontPage FrontPage can be found by clicking on Start-> All Programs -> Microsoft Office -> Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003 Note that FrontPage is installed on all student laptops (Y5 & Y6) and all computers in the labs.
To edit the E-Portfolio files, in front page go to: File -> Open and select the applicable files from the e-portfolio folder. See the screenshot below:
