Current Progress Report Our developments are also meticulously chosen ensuring that you the client receive breathtaking views, excellent access, peace and tranquillity, all of the mains services including Water and electricity as expected and possession of villas by August 2010. The infrastructure work, as well as the landscaping has been perfected for the progress of construction, permitting us to also focus 100% on construction of the villas, thus guaranteeing extreme attention to details and quality finish. MetroCorp Nirvana now has 221 villas under construction of which 95% of the excavation work is completed. Reaching to a new mile stone completing 94% footings, 75% of the column concreting up to ground floor level completed, 65% of the villas Ground floor roof slab of is completed, 60% of the villas First floor roof is completed and showcasing of 70% of ground floor Block masonry work completed ensuring that the structures of all the villas will be completed by end of February 2010.
