Project Goals
To bring change in the Old toll collection system To fully computerize and centralize the whole system To develop the system in such a way so as to promote the institutional growth To take advantage of NADRA’s competencies in different domains. To bring in the concept of Express Lane where vehicles will pass through without stopping. To provide hassle free passage for commuters To facilitate the general public by recharging their balance through NADRA Kiosks and Mobile phones.

Three Tag issuance points for issuance of RFID Tags will be established at the following locations. a. NSRC Peshawar City b. NSRC Peshawar III c. PHQ For Network Connectivity a. NADRA Net will be used at PHQ b. WLL will be used at other two sites

Backup Facility
Network connectivity is backed up by introducing WLL sets for entry and exit booths along with Satellite Dish In case of electricity failure generators of NHA provide the backup for entry and exit booths. Our own generator at enrollment booth is also available as a backup option. Two DELL systems are available for backup.
Shortcomings
Electricity is the major problem that is hampering the smooth flow of operation at enrollment station. Network problem occurs in WLL but not frequently at enrollment site. A Van for the transportation of staff members. Tag issuance sites are not operational yet
