‫ﺧﺒﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ اي ﮐﻪ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﻪ ﻣﯽ ﻓﺮﻣﺎﯾﯿﺪ‬ ‫ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﺷﺪن اﯾﺪة ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ از‬ ‫داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن در ﺣﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻞ در‬ ‫داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي اروﭘﺎ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ‬ ‫ﻫﺪف از آن را اﯾﺠﺎد اﻟﻔﺖ و دوﺳﺘﯽ‬ ‫ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﯿﻦ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن‪ ،‬ﺑﻪ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ‬ ‫ﻧﻬﺎدن داﻧﺶ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ‬ ‫ﺑﯿﻦ ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺳﻌﯽ در‬ ‫اﯾﺠﺎد ﺗﺼﻮﯾﺮ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ از اﯾﺮان و اﯾﺮاﻧﯿﺎن‬ ‫در اذﻫﺎن دوﺳﺘﺎن ﻏﯿﺮاﯾﺮاﻧﯽ‬ ‫)ﻫﻤﭽﻮن اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ راﻫﻨﻤﺎ( ﻣﯽ داﻧﻨﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺑﺮاي اداﻣﮥ ﻣﻄﻠﺐ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻔﺤﮥ آﺧﺮ‬ ‫ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﺑﻔﺮﻣﺎﯾﯿﺪ‪.‬‬

‫روز ﻣﻌﻠﻢ )ﺑﺮ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن آﯾﻨﺪه( ﮔﺮاﻣﯽ ﺑﺎد!‬ ‫اي ﻣﻌﻠﻢ ﭼﻮن ﮐﻨﻢ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻒ ﺗﻮ‬ ‫ﭼﻮن ﺧﺪا ﻣﺸﮑﻞ ﺗﻮان ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ ﺗﻮ‬ ‫اي ﺗﻮ ﮐﺸﺘﯽ ﻧﺠﺎت روح ﻣﺎ‬ ‫اي ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮﻓﺎن ﺟﻬﺎﻟﺖ ﻧﻮح ﻣﺎ‬ ‫ﯾﮏ ﭘﺪر ﺑﺨﺸﻨﺪه آب و ﮔﻞ اﺳﺖ‬ ‫ﯾﮏ ﭘﺪر روﺷﻨﮕﺮ ﺟﺎن و دل اﺳﺖ‬ ‫ﻟﯿﮏ اﮔﺮ ﭘﺮﺳﯽ ﮐﺪاﻣﯿﻦ ﺑﺮﺗﺮﯾﻦ‬ ‫آﻧﮑﻪ دﯾﻦ آﻣﻮزد و ﻋﻠﻢ ﯾﻘﯿﻦ‬ ‫ﺷﻌﺮ از اﺳﺘﺎد ﺷﻬﺮﯾﺎر‬ ‫ﺑﺎغ ﮔﻞ ﻫﻠﻨﺪ ‪) keukenhof‬آورﯾﻞ ‪(2009‬‬ ‫ﻋﮑﺲ از ﻓﺎﻃﻤﻪ ادﯾﺐ زاده‪ ،‬رﺷﺘﮥ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي ﺷﻬﺮي‪،‬داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آﯾﻨﺪﻫﻮن‬ ‫ارﺳﻄﻮ‪ :‬اﻓﻼﻃﻮن ]اﺳﺘﺎدم[ را دوﺳﺖدارم‪،‬‬ ‫اﻣ‪‬ﺎ ﺣﻘﯿﻘﺖ را از او ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ دوﺳﺖدارم‪.‬‬ ‫اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻻ ﺷﻤﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎرﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻓﮑﺮ ﮐﺮده اﯾﺪ ﯾﺎ ﺣﺘﯽ ﺑﺎ دﯾﮕﺮان ﺑﺤﺚ ﮐﺮده اﯾﺪ ﮐﻪ ﭼﻪ ﺷﺪ ﺗﺎ ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎﻧﺎن وﺳﺮآﻣﺪ اﯾﺸﺎن اﯾﺮاﻧﯿﺎن ﺑﻌﺪ از ﭼﻨﺪ‬ ‫ﺻﺪه ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ در رﺷﺪ ﻋﻠﻢ و داﻧﺶ اﻣﺮوزه ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﺧﻮد را در ﻣﯿﺎن دﯾﮕﺮان از دﺳﺖ داده اﻧﺪ‪ .‬ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽ رﺳﺪ ﯾﮑﯽ از دﻻﺋﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﺪي اﯾﻦ اﺗﻔﺎق‬ ‫ﻓﺮاﻣﻮﺷﯽ ﯾﺎ ﻏﻔﻠﺖ از ﯾﮏ ﺳﺮي از رﻓﺘﺎر ﻫﺎي ارزﺷﻤﻨﺪ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ و ﺑﺰرﮔﺎن ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر وﺟﻮد داﺷﺘﻪ و دارد‪ .‬ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﺖ روز ﻣﻌﻠﻢ و‬ ‫ﮔﺮاﻣﯿﺪاﺷﺖ ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﻣﺮﺗﻀﯽ ﻣﻄﻬﺮى ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ دﯾﺪﯾﻢ ﺗﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪادي از رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﻤﺘﺎر اﯾﺸﺎن اﺷﺎره ﻧﻤﺎﯾﯿﻢ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺎ ﻧﮑﺎت ﺟﺎﻟﺒﯽ را در‬ ‫ﻣﯿﺎن داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ‪:‬‬ ‫ﯾﮑﻰ از ﻧﮑﺎﺗﻰ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﻧﺎﻗﺪ در ﻫﺮ ﻧﻘﺪى ﻫﻤﻮاره ﺑﻪ آن ﺗﻮﺟﻪ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﻫﯿﭻﮔﺎه ﺧﻮد ﻣﺮﺗﮑﺐ آن ﻧﺸﻮد‪ ،‬در ﻫﻢ آﻣﯿﺨﺘﻦ اﻧﮕﯿﺰه و اﻧﮕﯿﺨﺘﻪ‬ ‫)ﻧﯿﺖ و ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪ ﻧﻮﯾﺴﻨﺪه( اﺳﺖ‪ .‬ﻧﺎﻗﺪ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﺳﺨﻦ و اﻧﺪﯾﺸﻪ ﻧﻮﯾﺴﻨﺪه را ﺑﻨﮕﺮد و ﻧﮕﺎه او ﺑﻪ »ﻣﺎ ﻗﺎل« ﺑﺎﺷﺪ‪ ،‬ﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ »ﻣﻦ ﻗﺎل«‪ .‬ﺑﺮﺧﻰ در ﺑﺮﺧﻮرد ﺑﺎ‬ ‫اﻧﺪﯾﺸﻪﻫﺎ‪ ،‬ﻫﻤﻮاره ﻓﻘﻂ ﺧﻮد را »ﺣﻖ« ﻣﻰداﻧﻨﺪ و دﯾﮕﺮان را ﺑﺎﻃﻞ‪ .‬اﺳﺘﺎد ﻣﻄﻬﺮى اﯾﻦ ﺷﯿﻮه ﺑﺮﺧﻮرد ﺑﺎ دﯾﮕﺮان را ﯾﮑﻰ از ﻋﻠﻞ ﻋﻤﺪه ﻣﻮﻓﻖ‬ ‫ﻧﺸﺪن ﻣﺮدم در اﺻﻼح ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻰداﻧﺪ و ﻣﻰﻧﻮﯾﺴﺪ‪ :‬ﯾﮑﻰ از ﻋﻠﻞ ﻋﻤﺪه ﻋﺪم ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﻣﺎ ﻣﺮدم در اﺻﻼح ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺧﻮد‪ ،‬ﻫﻤﯿﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻫﺮ ﻓﺮدى‬ ‫آنﮔﺎه ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮدش ﻧﮕﺎه ﻣﻰﮐﻨﺪ و ﺑﻪ اﻋﻤﺎل ﺧﻮدش ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻰاﻓﮑﻨﺪ‪ ،‬ﻋﯿﻨﮏ ﺧﻮشﺑﯿﻨﻰ ﺑﻪ ﭼﺸﻢ ﻣﻰزﻧﺪ‪ ،‬و آنﮔﺎه ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ دﯾﮕﺮان و اﻋﻤﺎل‬ ‫دﯾﮕﺮان ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﻰ ﮐﻨﺪ‪ ،‬ﻋﯿﻨﮏ ﺑﺪﺑﯿﻨﻰ و ﺑﺪﮔﻤﺎﻧﻰ و ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻫﯿﭻ ﮐﺲ ﺷﺨﺺ ﺧﻮد را ﺗﻘﺼﯿﺮ ﮐﺎر ﻧﻤﻰداﻧﺪ و ﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﻣﻰﭘﻨﺪارد ﮐﻪ‬ ‫ﺗﻘﺼﯿﺮ ﻣﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﻪ دﯾﮕﺮان اﺳﺖ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻧﮑﺘﻪ ﻗﻮت دﯾﮕﺮ ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﻣﻄﻬﺮى اﯾﻦ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ داراى اﺳﺘﻘﻼل ﻓﮑﺮى و واﻗﻊﮔﺮاﯾﻰ ﺑﻮد‪ ،‬و ﻫﻤﻮاره ﺣﻘﯿﻘﺖ را ﺑﺮ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﻘﺪم ﻣﻰداﺷﺖ و ﺑﺎ‬ ‫دﯾﺪى اﻧﺘﻘﺎدى ﺑﻪ ﮔﻔﺘﻪ دﯾﮕﺮان ﻣﻰﻧﮕﺮﯾﺴﺖ‪ .‬اﺳﺘﻘﻼل ﻓﮑﺮى اﯾﺸﺎن ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﺎدان ﺧﻮد اﯾﺮاد ﺑﮕﯿﺮد‪ .‬اﻟﺒﺘﻪ اﻧﺘﻘﺎد از اﺳﺘﺎدان‬ ‫ﺧﻮد ﺗﻮأم ﺑﺎ ﺗﻌﻈﯿﻢ و اﺣﺘﺮام و ﺗﻘﺪﯾﺮ از اﻓﮑﺎر آﻧﻬﺎ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﻰﮔﺮﻓﺖ ﻧﻪ از روى ﺗﺤﻘﯿﺮ و اﻫﺎﻧﺖ‪ .‬ﻟﺬا ﺣﻘﯿﻘﺖ و واﻗﻌﯿﺖ را ﻓﺪاى ﻋﻈﻤﺖ اﺳﺘﺎد ﯾﺎ‬ ‫داﻧﺸﻤﻨﺪ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻧﻤﻰﮐﺮد‪ .‬ﻣﻄﻬﺮى ﺑﺎ وﺟﻮد آﻧﮑﻪ ﻣﺪاﻓﻊ ﺳﺮﺳﺨﺖ ﻣﻼﺻﺪرا ﺑﻮد‪ ،‬در ﺑﺴﯿﺎرى از ﻣﻮارد از اﻧﺘﻘﺎد ﺑﻪ ﻣﻼﺻﺪرا ﻫﻢ ﺑﺎﮐﻰ ﻧﺪارد‪ ،‬ﯾﺎ در‬ ‫ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﺎد ﻋﻼﻣﻪ ﻃﺒﺎﻃﺒﺎﯾﻰ )ره( ﮐﻪ ﺑﺨﺶ ﻋﻤﺪه اﻓﮑﺎر وى از ﻣﮑﺘﺐ آن اﺳﺘﺎد ﺑﺰرگ ﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ ﺟﺎﯾﻰ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﮔﻔﺖ اﯾﺸﺎن ﻧﺎﺷﺮ و‬ ‫ﺷﺎرح اﻓﮑﺎر ﻋﻼﻣﻪ ﻃﺒﺎﻃﺒﺎﯾﻰ اﺳﺖ‪ ،‬ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﻣﻄﻬﺮى ﺿﻤﻦ آﻧﮑﻪ از ﻋﻼﻣﻪ ﻃﺒﺎﻃﺒﺎﯾﻰ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺑﺮده و ﺑﺮاى وى اﺣﺘﺮام زﯾﺎدى ﻗﺎﺋﻞ اﺳﺖ‪ ،‬در‬ ‫ﺑﺤﺚ »ﺟﺎوداﻧﮕﻰ اﺧﻼق« ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪ ﻋﻼﻣﻪ ﻃﺒﺎﻃﺒﺎﯾﻰ را ﻧﻘﺪ ﻣﻰﮐﻨﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺮﺣﻮم ﻣﻄﻬﺮي از ﻣﺪاﻓﻌﺎن ﺻﺮﯾﺢ و روﺷﻦ آزاديﻫﺎي ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ و ﻓﮑﺮي ﺑﻮد‪ .‬اﯾﺸﺎن ﺑﺮاي ﻋﻤﻠﯽ ﺷﺪن اﯾﻦ ﻧﻮع آزادي ﻓﮑﺮي ﻣﯽﻧﻮﯾﺴﺪ‪ :‬ﻣﻦ‬ ‫ﻧﺎﻣﻪاي ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر رﺳﻤﯽ ﺑﻪ داﻧﺸﮑﺪه )اﻟﻬﯿﺎت( ﻧﻮﺷﺘﻢ ﮐﻪ ﻋﯿﻦ اﯾﻦ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ را در ﺣﺎل ﺣﺎﺿﺮ در اﺧﺘﯿﺎر دارم و ﺗﻮﺿﯿﺢ دادم ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻘﯿﺪه ﻣﻦ ﻻزم اﺳﺖ‬ ‫در ﻫﻤﯿﻦﺟﺎ ﮐﻪ داﻧ ﺸﮑﺪه اﻟﻬﯿﺎت اﺳﺖ ﯾﮏ ﮐﺮﺳﯽ ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺎﻟﯿﺴﻢ دﯾﺎﻟﮑﺘﯿﮏ ﺗﺎﺳﯿﺲ ﺷﻮد و اﺳﺘﺎدي ﻫﻢ ﮐﻪ وارد در اﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ اﺳﺖ و ﺑﻪ‬ ‫ﻣﺎﺗﺮﯾﺎﻟﯿﺴﻢ دﯾﺎﻟﮑﺘﯿﮏ ﻣﻌﺘﻘﺪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ اﯾﻦ درس را ﻋﻬﺪهدار ﺷﻮد‪ ...‬ﺑﻪ اﻋﺘﻘﺎد ﻣﻦ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﻃﺮﯾﻖ درﺳﺖ ﺑﺮﺧﻮرد ﺑﺎ اﻓﮑﺎر ﻣﺨﺎﻟﻒ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ اﺳﺖ‬ ‫واﻻ اﮔﺮ ﺟﻠﻮي ﻓﮑﺮ را ﺑﺨﻮاﻫﯿﻢ ﺑﮕﯿﺮﯾﻢ اﺳﻼم و ﺟﻤﻬﻮري اﺳﻼﻣﯽ را ﺷﮑﺴﺖ دادهاﯾﻢ‪ ...‬اﺳﻼم دﯾﻦ آزادي اﺳﺖ دﯾﻨﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺮوج آزادي ﺑﺮاي‬ ‫ﻫﻤﻪ اﻓﺮاد ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ اﺳﺖ‪ ...‬اﺳﻼم ﻣﯽﮔﻮﯾﺪ دﯾﻨﺪاري اﮔﺮ از روي اﺟﺒﺎر ﺑﺎﺷﺪ دﯾﮕﺮ دﯾﻨﺪاري ﻧﯿﺴﺖ )ﭘﯿﺮاﻣﻮن اﻧﻘﻼب اﺳﻼﻣﯽ‪.(49 ،‬‬

‫ﻣﻌﺮﻓﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ‪ :‬ﻫﻠﺴﯿﻨﮑﯽ )ﻓﻨﻼﻧﺪ(‬ ‫ﻫﻠﺴﯿﻨﮑﯽ ﭘﺎﯾﺘﺨﺖ ﻓﻨﻼﻧﺪ ﻫﯿﭻ ﺷﺒﺎﻫﺘﯽ ﺑﻪ دﯾﮕﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﺘﺨﺘﻬﺎي ﺑﺰرگ و ﭘﺮ‬ ‫ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ اروﭘﺎ ﻧﺪارد‪ .‬ﮐﻮﭼﮏ و ﺗﻤﯿﺰ و آرام ﻫﺴﺖ و اﻟﺒﺘﻪ ﺳﺮد‪ .‬ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺖ اﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ‬ ‫ﮐﻪ ﻧﻮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻔﺶ ﺑﺎ ﺟﻨﮕﻠﻬﺎي ﮐﻮﭼﮏ از ﻫﻢ ﺟﺪا ﺷﺪه ﺣﺪود ‪ 716‬ﮐﯿﻠﻮﻣﺘﺮ‬ ‫ﻣﺮﺑﻊ ﻫﺴﺖ ﮐﻤﯽ ﺑﺰرﮔﺘﺮ از ﺗﻬﺮان‪ .‬ﺑﺎ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺘﯽ ﺣﺪوده ﻧﯿﻢ ﻣﯿﻠﯿﻮن ﻧﻔﺮ‬ ‫ﻫﻠﺴﯿﻨﮑﯽ ﭘﺮ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ ﮐﺸﻮري ‪ 5.5‬ﻣﯿﻠﯿﻮن ﻧﻔﺮﯾﺴﺖ‪ .‬درﯾﺎﭼﻪ ﻫﺎ و‬ ‫ﺟﻨﮕﻠﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻧﻘﺎط ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺷﻬﺮ را ﺑﻪ ﻫﻢ وﺻﻞ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ در ﺑﻬﺎر و ﺗﺎﺑﺴﺘﺎن‬ ‫ﭼﻬﺮه ﺑﺴﯿﺎر زﯾﺒﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﻨﺪري ﻣﯽ دﻫﻨﺪ‪ .‬اﻟﺒﺘﻪ ﭼﯿﺰﻫﺎي دﯾﺪﻧﯽ اﯾﻦ‬ ‫ﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﺖ زﯾﺒﺎي آن ﺧﻼﺻﻪ ﻧﻤﯽ ﺷﻮد اﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ داراي ﺑﻨﺎﻫﺎي زﯾﺒﺎﯾﯽ‬ ‫ﻫﻢ ﻫﺴﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﺜﺎل ﻣﺤﻠﻪ ﮐﺎﺗﺎﯾﺎﻧﻮﮐﺎ در ﺣﻮاﻟﯽ ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﺷﻬﺮ داراي‬ ‫ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻤﺎﻧﻬﺎي ﻧﺌﻮﮐﻼﺳﯿﮏ ﻗﺮن ﻧﻮزدﻫﻢ ﻫﺴﺖ‪ .‬ﺟﺰﯾﺮه ﺳﻮﻣﻠﯿﻨﺎ ﻣﯿﺪان ﻗﺪﯾﻤﯽ‬ ‫ﺳﻨﺎ و ﮐﺘﺪرال ﺑﺰرگ اﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ ﮐﻪ ﮔﺎﻫﺎ ﺳﻤﺒﻞ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﻢ ﺧﻮاﻧﺪه ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد از‬ ‫ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﺟﺎﻫﺎي دﯾﺪﻧﯽ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺑﻪ واﺳﻄﻪ واﻗﻊ ﺷﺪن در ﻟﺒﻪ ﺷﻤﺎﻟﯽ اروﭘﺎ اﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ ﺧﺎﺻﯿﺖ ﭼﻨﺪ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ‬ ‫ﮐﻤﺘﺮي ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎي دﯾﮕﺮ اروﭘﺎﯾﯽ دارد‪ .‬ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ اﯾﻨﺠﺎ ﻓﻨﻼﻧﺪي‬ ‫ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﺑﺎ اﻗﻠﯿﺘﯽ ﺳﻮﺋﺪي و ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺣﺪود ‪ %10‬ﻣﺮدم اﺻﻠﯿﺖ ﺧﺎرﺟﯽ دارﻧﺪ‪ .‬ﺷﺎﯾﺪ‬ ‫ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﺧﺎﻃﺮ رﻓﺘﺎر ﻣﺮدم ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺎرﺟﯿﻬﺎ ﺧﻮب ﻫﺴﺖ‪ .‬ﺗﻌﺪاد اﯾﺮاﻧﯿﻬﺎي‬ ‫اﯾﻨﺠﺎ ﻫﻢ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﺘﺎ زﯾﺎد ﻧﯿﺴﺖ ﺷﺎﯾﺪ ﮐﻤﺘﺮ از ‪ 200‬داﻧﺸﺠﻮي اﯾﺮاﻧﯽ در ﮐﻞ‬ ‫داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎي ﻓﻨﻼﻧﺪ ﺣﻀﻮر داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ‪ .‬اﻟﺒﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ وﺟﻮد ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮐﻢ اﯾﺮاﻧﯿﻬﺎ داراي‬ ‫ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺧﻮدﺷﺎن در اﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ داراي ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻨﻮﻋﯽ‬ ‫ﻫﺴﺖ‪ .‬دﻟﯿﻞ ﮐﻢ ﺑﻮدن ﺧﺎرﺟﯿﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻏﯿﺮ از ﺳﺮدي ﻫﻮا ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﮔﺮاﻧﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫ﻫﻠﺴﯿﻨﮑﯽ ﮐﻼ ﺷﻬﺮ ﮔﺮاﻧﯿﺴﺖ اﻟﺒﺘﻪ ﻧﻪ ﮔﺮاﻧﺘﺮ از ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺜﻞ اﺳﻠﻮ وﻟﻨﺪن اﻣﺎ‬ ‫ﺑﺎ اﯾﻦ ﻓﺮق ﮐﻪ در اﯾﻦ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﻤﻪ ﭼﯿﺰ ﺗﻘﺮﯾﺒﺎ در ﯾﮏ ﺳﻄﺢ ﮔﺮان ﻫﺴﺖ و‬ ‫ﭼﯿﺰﻫﺎي ارزان ﺧﯿﻠﯽ ﮐﻢ ﭘﯿﺪا ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد‪ .‬ﺳﺮوﯾﺴﻬﺎي ﺣﻤﻞ و ﻧﻘﻞ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ و‬ ‫ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻓﻮق اﻟﻌﺎده ﻋﺎﻟﯽ ﻫﺴﺖ و ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻻ ﺧﯿﻠﯽ ﮔﺮان ﻧﯿﺴﺖ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ داﻧﺸﺠﻮ ﻗﻀﯿﻪ ﮐﻤﯽ ﻓﺮق ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ‪ .‬داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎ راﯾﮕﺎن ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ و‬ ‫ﺧﻮاﺑﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎﺗﯽ ﺧﻮب ﺑﻪ ﻣﺮاﺗﺐ ارزان و داﻧﺸﺠﻮ ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﻧﮕﺮان ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻗﯽ ﭼﯿﺰﻫﺎ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻻ ﺑﺮاي داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺨﻔﯿﻒ ﻫﺴﺖ‪ .‬اﮔﺮ دوره ﻓﻮق‬ ‫ﻟﯿﺴﺎﻧﺲ را در ﻓﻨﻼﻧﺪ ﺑﮕﺬراﻧﯿﺪ ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺠﺎم ﺗﺰ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻌﻤﻮﻻ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺎﻧﻪ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﯽ‬ ‫ﺣﺪود ‪ 1700‬ﯾﻮرو درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﯿﺪ ﮐﻪ ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺬران زﻧﺪﮔﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﯽ‬ ‫ﮐﺎﻓﯽ و ﺣﺘﯽ ﺷﺎﯾﺪ زﯾﺎد ﻫﺴﺖ‪ .‬اﻟﺒﺘﻪ ﺷﺎﯾﺎن ذﮐﺮ ﻫﺴﺖ ﮐﻪ اﮔﺮ در دوره دﮐﺘﺮا‬ ‫در ﻓﻨﻼﻧﺪ درس ﺑﺨﻮﻧﯿﺪ از ﻫﯿﭻ ﻧﻮع ﺗﺨﻔﯿﻒ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﯽ ﺑﻬﺮه ﻣﻨﺪ ﻧﻤﯽ ﺷﻮﯾﺪ و‬ ‫اﮔﺮ ﮐﺎر ﮐﻨﯿﺪ ﻣﺜﻞ ﻫﻤﻪ ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﻣﺎﻟﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﺣﺪود ﺑﯿﺴﺖ ﺗﺎ ﺳﯽ درﺻﺪ‬ ‫ﺑﭙﺮدازﯾﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫زﺑﺎن اﺻﻠﯽ ﻣﺮدم اﯾﻨﺠﺎ ﻓﻨﻼﻧﺪي ﻫﺴﺖ اﻣﺎ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﻣﺮدم ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻮﺋﺪي و‬ ‫اﻧﮕﻠﯿﺴﯽ ﺻﺤﺒﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ‪ .‬داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﻬﺎ در رﺷﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺑﺴﯿﺎري ﮐﻮرﺳﻬﺎي اﻧﮕﻠﯿﺴﯽ‬ ‫دارﻧﺪ و در ﺑﺴﯿﺎري از ﺷﺮﮐﺘﻬﺎ ﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮع ﮐﺎر ﺷﺮﮐﺖ زﺑﺎن اﺻﻠﯽ اﻧﮕﻠﯿﺴﯽ‬

‫اﺳﺖ‪.‬‬ ‫در ﭘﺎﯾﺎن ﻻزم اﺳﺖ از ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ رﺳﺎﻟﺖ ﻧﺎم ﺑﺮد ﮐﻪ ﻣﺤﻞ ﮔﺮدﻫﻤﺎﯾﯽ‬ ‫اﯾﺮاﻧﯿﺎن و ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎﻧﺎن ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﮐﺸﻮرﻫﺎ ﺑﻮده و ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻨﻮع ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و‬ ‫ﻣﺬﻫﺒﯽ در آن ﺑﺮ ﮔﺰار ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ‪.‬‬

‫‪Thesis abstract:‬‬ ‫‪Molecular and Physiological Characterization of Anion Channel Mutants‬‬ ‫‪In higher plants anion channels play a role in signaling pathways leading to the adaptation of plant cells to abiotic and‬‬ ‫‪biotic stresses, in the control of metabolism, and in the maintenance of the electrochemical gradient across membranes.‬‬ ‫‪Anion channels are present in various cell types of plants.‬‬ ‫‪Seven chloride channel (CLC) genes are identified in the Arabidopsis genome. To assess the function of these CLCs in‬‬ ‫‪Arabidopsis, we obtained three knock out mutant plants with T-DNAs inserted in the AtClCa, b, and d genes. Using these‬‬ ‫‪single mutants we made the three double and the triple mutant plants. In order to characterize these mutants we exposed‬‬ ‫‪the plants to various treatments: low pH, low osmotic potential, high salinity, varying nitrate concentrations and heavy‬‬ ‫‪metals. We monitored the effects of the treatments on plant growth, primary root growth, morphology of roots and ion‬‬‫‪fluxes, which originated from the root. The effects of the different treatments and especially the effect of heavy metals, on‬‬ ‫‪plant and root growth are described, the different characteristics of the CLCs are shown and the roles of the different CLCs‬‬ ‫‪in plant and root growth are discussed.‬‬

A short note about “Status of Teachers in Islam”

Iranians like most of other nationalities celebrate Teacher’ Day in order to appreciate of teachers. Its date is May 2 (Ordibehesht 12 in Iranian Calendar) commemorating the martyrdom of Morteza Motahari on May 2, 1979 who (1920 – 1979) was an Iranian famous scholar.

Islam has paid considerable attention to teachers for their being the first brick in the structure of social development and perfection and the cause of guiding and developing behaviors and mentalities of individuals and communities. The Prophet cared for teachers and showed their elevated standings. Once, he passed by two circles of people; the first was supplicating to God while the other listening to a teacher. He commented, “The first is begging God who may or may not give them. The second was learning. I have been sent as teacher.” Hence, he joined the second. This is the best example of the Prophet’s encouraging education and teaching. Students are required to show their teachers the highest pictures of respect and reverence. Imam Zeinul-abidin says, “The right of your instructor is dignifying him and committing to solemnity in their classes and good listening and attending. You should provide for your instructor with mental presence and conceptual attendance and heart retaining and sight propinquity. The way of all these is laxness of desires and confine of lusts. You must understand that you are the emissary of what you have been received to the ignorant you may

meet. Then, you should convey properly and never breach the mission if you should perform.” The desires of seeking knowledge should be evolved in the Students’ minds. Teachers should refer to the most significant matters that advance them and their societies plentifully. Students will surely pursue knowledge resolutely if this noble tendency is sewn in their minds and, consequently, the conceptual and scientific life will be prosperous in the country. Because they applied those programs, the teachers of the early eras of Islam could produce those virtuous generations of such high traits and perfect maturity, and achieve the most remarkable scientific renaissance the sparks of which have covered all of the ages. Supervisier Introduction, By: Farzaneh Ramezani Prof.dr. A.E. Brouwer Andries Brouwer a professor in Technical University of Eindhoven is one of the strong mathematicians of the world. He has very calm and nice personality. I met him during my visit to Netherlands. He kindly spend his time teaching me. From his point of view, learning different languages is very important and he encourage students to learn different languages. His book "Distance Regular Graphs" is an important reference in Algebraic Graph Theory. In Andries website among mathematical concepts you can find some links to different languages. From May 15th till May 22th, he will be for second time to Iran attending the 20th anniversary of IPM operation. Such visits by strong scientists will be helpful for the improvement of Iran in those sciences. I remember from one of his lectures a very interesting statement. He stated "Every thing must e clear to every body". This shows that not only the lecturer should prepare well, the audiences also should ask whatever they do not understand. ‫ﮔﻮﯾﺶ ﻣﺮدم ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﻤﺪان‪ ،‬ﻓﺎرﺳﯽ ﭘﻬﻠﻮي ﺑﺎ ﻟﻬﺠﻪ ﻫﻤﺪاﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ‪ .‬اﻣﺎ ﻧﮑﺘﻪ‬ ‫ﺟﺎﻟﺐ اﯾﻨﺠﺎ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ زﺑﺎن ﻏﺎﻟﺐ ﺳﺎﯾﺮﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎن ﻫﻤﺪان ﺗﺮﮐﯽ‪ ،‬ﮐﺮدي و‬ ‫ﻟﺮي ﻣﯿﺒﺎﺷﺪ‪ .‬ﻣﺮدم ﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﻼﯾﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻟﻬﺠﻪ ﻟﺮي‪-‬ﻓﺎرﺳﯽ‪ ،‬ﺷﻬﺮ ﺑﻬﺎر ﺑﻪ زﺑﺎن ﺗﺮﮐﯽ‬ ‫و ﻓﺎرﺳﯽ‪ ،‬رزن ﺗﺮﮐﯽ‪ -‬ﻓﺎرﺳﯽ و ﺷﻬﺮ اﺳﺪآﺑﺎد ﺑﻪ ﻓﺎرﺳﯽ‪-‬ﮐﺮدي ﮔﻮﯾﺶ‬ ‫ﻣﯽﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ‪.‬‬ ‫اﮔﺮﻫﻤﺪان رﻓﺘﯿﺪ‪ ،‬ﺑﺪون دﯾﺪن ﻏﺎر ﻋﻠﯽ ﺻﺪر از اوﻧﺠﺎ ﺑﺮﻧﮕﺮدﯾﺪ‪ .‬ﻏﺎر ﻋﻠﯽﺻﺪر‬ ‫ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﻏﺎر ﺗﺎﻻﺑﯽ اﯾﺮان و از ﻣﻌﺪود ﻏﺎرﻫﺎي آﺑﯽ ﺟﻬﺎن اﺳﺖ‪ .‬ﻣﺤﻮﻃﻪ ﻏﺎر‬ ‫داﻻنﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﭻ در ﭘﯿﭻ و دﻫﻠﯿﺰﻫﺎي ﻣﺘﻌﺪدي دارد‪ .‬از ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ رﺷﺘﻪ آﺑﻬﺎ‪،‬‬ ‫درﯾﺎﭼﻪ ﺑﺰرﮔﯽ در درون ﻏﺎر ﺑﻮﺟﻮد آﻣﺪه و از اﯾﻦ رو ﻧﻔﻮذ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻤﻖ ﻏﺎر ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﺎ‬ ‫ﻗﺎﯾﻖ ﻣﯿﺴﺮ اﺳﺖ‪.‬‬ ‫ﺟﺎﻫﺎي دﯾﺪﻧﯽ دﯾﮕﺮ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﻤﺪان ﺷﺎﻣﻞ آراﻣﮕﺎه ﺑﻮﻋﻠﯽ ﺳﯿﻨﺎ‪ ،‬آراﻣﮕﺎه ﺑﺎﺑﺎﻃﺎﻫﺮ‪،‬‬ ‫ﮔﻨﺒﺪ و آراﻣﮕﺎه ﻋﻠﻮﯾﺎن‪ ،‬آراﻣﮕﺎه اﺳﺘﺮوﻣﺮدﺧﺎي) ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻌﺎﺑﺪ ﯾﻬﻮدﯾﺎن(‪ ،‬ﺗﭙﻪ‬ ‫ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺎﻧﯽ ﻫﮕﻤﺘﺎﻧﻪ‪ ،‬ﮐﺘﯿﺒﻪﻫﺎي ﮔﻨﺠﻨﺎﻣﻪ)ﮐﺘﯿﺒﻪﻫﺎي ﻓﺎرﺳﯽ ﺑﺎﺳﺘﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺧﻂ ﻣﯿﺨﯽ‬ ‫از دارﯾﻮش ﺑﺰرگ و ﺧﺸﺎﯾﺎرﺷﺎ( و ‪ ...‬ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ‪.‬‬

Introducing one Iranian city: Hamadan Hamadān is the capital city of Hamadan Province of Iran. It had an estimated population of 550,284 in 2005.Hamadan is believed to be among the oldest Iranian cities and one of the oldest in the world. Hamadan has a green mountainous area in the foothills of the 3574-meter Alvand Mountain, in the midwest part of Iran. According to an inscription from the first Assyrian king, Hamadan's construction is dated at 1100 BC, but some historians believe it dates back to 3000 BC. Hamadan was established by the Medes and was the capital of the Median empire. It then became one of several capital cities of the Achaemenid Dynasty. Hamadan stands on the Silk Road, and even in recent centuries the city enjoyed strong commerce and trade as a result of its location on the main road network in the western region of Persia and Iran. Hamadan is in the vicinity of the Alvand mountains and has a cold, mountainous climate, with snowy winters. In fact, it is one of the coldest cities in Iran. The temperature may drop below -30°C on the coldest days. Heavy snowfall is common during winter and this can persist for periods of up to two months. During the short summer, the weather is mild, pleasant, and mostly sunny. Hamadan has always been well known for handicrafts like leather, ceramic, and beautiful carpets. Hamadan is home to many poets and cultural celebrities. The city is also said to be among the world's oldest continuously inhabited cities. The scientist and writer known in the west as Avicenna (Abu Ali Sina) is buried in Hamadan. The 11th century Persian poet Baba Taher is also interred in Hamadan. Legend has it that the biblical Esther is buried in Hamadan, was a Jewish queen of the Persian Empire in the Hebrew Bible. The Ali Sadr Cave is a cave located about 100 kilometers north of Hamedan, western Iran. The cave walls can extend up to 40 meters high, and it contains several large, deep lakes. The cave has a river flowing through it and most travel through the cave system is done with a boat. The cave was originally discovered during the reign of Darius I (521-485 BC) which can be verified by an old inscription at the entrance of the tunnel.

However, the knowledge of the existence of the tunnel was lost, and only rediscovered in 1978 when a local shepherd followed the tunnel searching for water or a lost goat. In the summer of 2001, a German/British expedition surveyed the cave to be 11 kilometers long. The main chamber of the cave is 100 meters by 50 meters and 40 meters high.

A tour of the cave can be seen by pedal boats to a centrally located large atrium. A sample of the domestic architecture unearthed at ancient Ecbatana. In this view we can see the restoration by Iranian archaeologists who coat the top of the ancient walls with a layer of mud and straw to protect them. In this area of the excavations well-built houses with water channels were found.
