NSTP/ITD/2fade76_09 1 Photodept New Workflow NEW PHOTODEPT WORKFLOW GUIDE
1.Enter your logon and password(you will ask to enter new on first logon).
Note: pls refer your user name with admin(Ibrahim/Hazrul) 2. Select images to upload from DESKTOP panel (via existing memory card..etc )

3. Select picture to save to Photographer folder. Use SEND TO PHOTOGRAPHER
4. Browse Photographer folder using Archives tab. Select PHOTOGRAPHER.

5. Edit text using METADATA editor

6. Edit photos using EDIT. Recommended to use only Levels and Colors.
7. Send completed edited photo to OC APPROVAL.

8. Rename the file to be used in Bureaus.
9. Double check image in OC APPROVAL folder.
IMPORTANT NOTE: PLS CLOSE FOTOSTATION AFTER FINISHING TASK 10. FOR SPORTS PHOTOGRAPHER ONLY. DIRECT SENDING TO SPORT BUREAUS.
