Method 1. Boil rice as normal. 2. Blanch peas, carrot, cauliflower, green, yellow and red peppers, shrimp and fish cakes. 3. Heat oil and saute the garlic. Add rice, peas, carrot, cauliflower, green, yellow and red peppers, shrimp and fish cake. Stir fry. 4. Add beaten egg and stir fry for a few minutes. 5. Season with soya sauce, chicken powder, sesame oil and pepper. 6. Garnish with fresh shallot.
