Nasi Goreng Ingredients (serves 10) 200 g brown rice 200 g white rice 50 g shrimp 100 g green peas 30 g diced carrot 30 g cauliflower 10 g diced green pepper 10 g diced yellow pepper 10 g diced red pepper 50 g fish cakes, sliced 10 g garlic cloves - chopped 5 g ground pepper 65 g unsaturated oil Fresh chicken stock, to cook the rice 10 g light soya sauce 3 g sesame oil 50 g eggs. beaten 10 g fresh shallot

Method 1. Boil rice as normal. 2. Blanch peas, carrot, cauliflower, green, yellow and red peppers, shrimp and fish cakes. 3. Heat oil and saute the garlic. Add rice, peas, carrot, cauliflower, green, yellow and red peppers, shrimp and fish cake. Stir fry. 4. Add beaten egg and stir fry for a few minutes. 5. Season with soya sauce, chicken powder, sesame oil and pepper. 6. Garnish with fresh shallot.
