350 de grame cicolata fondant 500 ml samntana duce 25 de grame gelatin 140 de grame zahar 20 ml coniac 2 oua 6 galbenusuri coaja rasa de la o portocala o mana de alune de padure macinate

Smantana dulce se bate spuma cu telul sau cu mixerul si se pune la frigider pana se prepara celelalte ingrediente. Se pune gelatina la inmuiat in 100 ml apa. Cele 2 oua si galbenusurile si zaharul se bat spuma. Ciocolata se pune la topit la bain-marie. Se pune pe foc mic intr-o craticioara si gelatina la topit. Apoi smantana batuta + ciocolata + ouale batute+ coniacul + coaja de portocala+ alunele+ gelatin se amesteca usor . Se toarna in pahare sau cescute si se orneaza cu felii de portocale. POFTA BUNA!
