Indiana Code 31-14-10-2 allows the use of a juvenile court probation officer or caseworker for custody evaluations. 3 nClient's party designationo believes that ordering a custody evaluation by a juvenile court probation officer will aid the court making its custody determination. 4. The parties lack the financial ability to obtain a private custody evaluation.
