E-mel / E-mail Untuk menghantar dan menerima e-mel, akaun e-mel diperlukan 1. Nama pengguna atau identiti (ID) 2. ISP (internet service provider) juga disebut sebagai ‘subdomain’.

E-mail message components • To:  this is where you type the recipient's e-mail address • Cc:  a carbon copy is sent to other recipients • Bcc:  a blind carbon copy is sent to other recipients • Subject: summary of the contents of the message body
