MCB Mobile Banking M-Banking is a combined effort by MOBILINK GSM and Muslim Commercial Bank in order to maximize the ease and the satisfaction of their respective customers by offering them all banking services from their very own mobile handset. Now Mobilink GSM & MCB customers will not have to go to bank for their enquiries and transactional information but they can get the required information by using their SMS from their mobile phones. This time saving activity is another service being offered by Mobilink to facilitate their customers. Note: Mobile Banking is available to all MCB account holders who have a valid ATM card

Procedure to Activate MCB Banking Customer will get a form from any MCB branch for Mobile Banking. After filling it, customer will have to drop it in his/her own branch where he/she has an account. Customer will get PIN code through SMS within 24 working hours. Then Customer needs to give a call to MCB Call Center at 111-000-622 to get his PIN Code activated.

How to Use Bill Payment Facility through MCB ATM? Customer is going to insert MCB’s ATM card into MCB’s ATM machine and will enter the PIN code. A Transaction screen will open once PIN code is accepted. Customer is going to press “UTILITY/PAYMENTS”. After pressing “UTILITY/PAYMENTS” another window “UTILITY TYPE” will open. From the window “UTILITY TYPE” customer will select “MOBILE BILL”. Another screen will open and will ask customer to select “SERVICE PROVIDER”. From the list of “SERVICE PROVIDER” customer will select “MOBILINK”.

Another window will open and customer will be asked to select “Customer Type”. There will be two customer types “REGISTER” and “UNREGISTER”. “REGISTER” means that the information of customer’s Mobile number has already been provided to MCB and is registered with ATM where as in case of “UNREGISTER” customer will have to enter the Mobile number. Customer will enter the mobile number in case of “UNREGISTER”. ATM before processing will show the Mobile number and Bill Amount. ATM will issue a receipt of payment against Mobile number. The bill amount mentioned will be deducted from the MCB account of the customer

Standard Chartered Mobile Banking
To avail SCB mobile banking service, customers would need to fill in a SMS MBanking Registration form available at Standard Chartered Branches or download it from our website, www.mobilinkgsm.com, and drop the forms at Standard Chartered Branches. Mobile Banking with Citi Bank
All Mobilink customers who are interested in Citibank's products (given below) can now place a request with Citibank by simply sending SMS to 125 with their name!!! Once the SMS is sent, customer's name and mobile number will be recorded, followed by a call from Citi's sales staff (within 2-3 days)
