Page Margins (Slides 1 and 2) Step 1: Go to File – Page Setup
Step 2: Change Left, Right, Top or Bottom margins Step 3: Click OK.

Orientation Step 1: Go to File – Page setup. Step 2: Choose Portrait or Landscape
Double Spacing a Paragraph: 1.First select the paragraph you want to double space. 2. Then, Go to Format- Paragraph
3: Go to Line spacing and choose double instead of single
4: This is how your double spaced paragraph will look like
Header and Footer Step 1: Go to View – Header and Footer.
Step 2: Insert your text for Header in the box
Step 3 : Insert your Name, Page Number or Date in the Footer box
Step 4: Close Header and Footer
Font Size, Color and Style: Step 1: Go to Format - Font
Step 2: Change the font (e.g. Times new Roman, Arial, Tahoma etc.) Style (e.g. Bold, Italics, Underline), Font size, Color of the fonts etc. Step 3 – Click on OK to save the changes
