SAGE MAS90/200 Compete Offer Last Modified 5/1/2009 Posted 4/30/2009 Microsoft Dynamics (U.S.) ERP Promotion Partners eligible to take advantage of this offer must have a valid SPA as of April 28, 2009. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Microsoft is excited to announce the “Sage MAS 90/200 Compete Offer” - a Microsoft Dynamics (U.S.) promotion targeting small and medium sized businesses that wish to take advantage of the rich functionality and low cost of ownership offered by Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV & Microsoft Dynamics SL. The promotion is comprised of an up to 50% discount on Advanced Management (AM) or Business Essential (BE) users. In addition your customers can receive a service rebate of up to a 25% discount of the Suggested List Price (SLP) to apply towards implementation costs and/or services, with a maximum amount of $25,000 USD. This offer applies to new customers migrating from Sage MAS90/200 to Microsoft Dynamics. DETAILS OF THE CUSTOMER OFFER Effective Monday, May 4, 2009, and available until end of business day Friday, December 18, 2009, all new customers migrating from Sage MAS90/200 may be eligible to take advantage of this special up to 50% discount pricing promotion when purchasing Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics SL AM or BE users. Flat Per User Pricing The offer is summarized as follows: 1. With the initial purchase of the Microsoft Dynamics products listed above, receive up to a 50% discount on the following: o AM or BE users o DCO WSS users o a-LA-Carte Functionality 2. With the initial purchase of the Microsoft Dynamics products listed above, the customer can receive a rebate of up to 25% of SLP o The customer will receive an electronic coupon (rebate) payable to the partner who they purchased the Microsoft Dynamics products from o Rebate must be applied towards implementation costs and/or services o The amount of the rebate will be up to 25% of the SLP o Maximum amount of rebate is $25,000 USD

ORDER PROCESSING OVERVIEW In order to ensure that your orders are processing efficiently and without errors, the following process must be strictly adhered to. Partners must note in the subject line and also in the body of the email that the order relates to the “Sage MAS 90/200” compete offer, promo code: NA-Q4-09-47. 2. Your customer evidence will be verified before your promotional discount can be approved in the US. Your order will then be submitted, on your behalf to the America’s Operations Center (AOC) for processing. 3. You will be copied on the order submission. 4. Customer will receive electronic coupon payable to the you from Microsoft vendor, Arvato,. 5. When you receive the rebate coupon from the customer forward the claim form to Arvato. 6. Arvato will send payment to you via wire transfer.
