Sound Room a. Power on Effects/Compressor/Sound Board power switch. b. Power on TOA Lobby Amp. Sound Room Closet c. Ensure the rack is powered on (switch at top of rack). d. Ensure the NEXIA EQ is powered on (green LED). e. Power on AMPs in rack. i. The QSCAudio RMX 4050HD ii. The Crown CE2000 iii. The QSC GX3 Stage f. Power on self power QSC speaker or QSC subs (if used). g. Power on EQs in on-stage rack (if used). h. Power on AMPs in on-stage rack (if used). POWER DOWN

Sound Room Closet a. Power off AMPs in rack. i. The QSCAudio RMX 4050HD ii. The Crown CE2000 iii. The QSC GX3 Stage b. Power off self power QSC speaker or QSC subs (if used). c. Power off AMPs in on-stage rack (if used). d. Power off EQs in on-stage rack (if used). Sound Room e. Power off TOA Lobby Amp. f. Power off Effects/Compressor/Sound Board power switch.
START UP

Prior to service a. Take cover off of sound board b. Set Monitor levels prior to service, during warm up. i. Get a sound check from each instrument/mic. c. Set FOH levels. d. Set Lobby/Recording levels. i. Set "Record Out" fader on console to 0. ii. Adjust the Lobby level at the TOA amplifier. iii. Ensure signal does not clip during worship, adjust the input level on TOA amp down during louder portions of service. Start of worship e. Press the "worship" mute scene. f. Lower the lights to the "worship" setting. g. Maintain FOH levels, adjusting as necessary. h. Maintain Lobby levels, adjusting as necessary. Start of message i. Press the "Doug" mute scene. j. Raise the lights to the "All" setting. k. Maintain FOH levels, adjusting as necessary. l. Maintain Lobby levels, adjusting as necessary. After service m. Press the "All" mute scene. n. Raise the lights to the "All" setting. o. Provide post-service worship music. i. Insert an audio CD into the DVD player or plug an iPod into the 1/8" jack and control the level via the "DVD" or "iPod" faders on the console. p. Maintain FOH and Lobby levels. Sound Room a. Power on A/V rack. b. Ensure all A/V components are on, including: i. ULTRALINK PRO MX 882 splitter/AMP ii. TASCAM 302 Tape recorder iii. TASCAM CC-222 Tape/CD recorder iv. TASCAM CD-RW900 CD recorder v. RCA DVD recorder vi. Insignia TV monitor. vii. Sony Video Camera POWER DOWN

Sound Room a. Power off A/V rack. b. Ensure all A/V components are off, including: i. ULTRALINK PRO MX 882 splitter/AMP ii. TASCAM 302 Tape recorder iii. TASCAM CC-222 Tape/CD recorder iv. TASCAM CD-RW900 CD recorder v. RCA DVD recorder vi. Insignia TV monitor. vii. Sony Video Camera
START UP

Prior to service a. Insert master teaching CD in TASCAM CD-RW900. b. Insert master teaching tape in TASCAM 302. c. Insert master worship CD in TASCAM CC-222. d. Press record button on each TASCAM, to prepare media for recording. e. Check volume level of worship during warm-up by plugging headphones in to the TASCAM CC-222. f. Check volume level using the display, keep signal in the middle of the range. g. If necessary, adjust the input knob on the recorder. h. Zoom out on Sony camera to see entire stage. Start of worship i. Press play button on TASCAM CC-222 to begin recording. j. Press pause button twice between songs to begin a new track on the CD. k. Press record button twice on the DVD recorder to recording video. Start of message l. Press play button on TASCAM 302 and CD-RW900 to begin recording. m. Zoom in on Sony camera to see only speaker. n. Check volume level of worship during warm-up o. by plugging headphones in to the TASCAM CC-222. p. Check volume level using the display, keep signal q. in the middle of the range. After service r. Press stop on each recorder. s. Press finalize on the CD-RW900 and CC-222, then press the "Multi Dial" button to select "OK". t. After discs are finalized, place the media its case take it to the Tape Ministry.

Sound Room a. Power on Dell media Desktop(PC1) and/or Laptop(PC2). b. Power on Dell monitor. c. Power on Kramer VP-23 video switch. d. If using Dell projector, lower the projector screen. Auditorium e. Power on either Dell (center) or NEC (left) projector using the remote. Lobby f. Power on Lobby projector using the remote.

Sound Room c. If Dell projector was used, raise the projector screen. d. Power off Kramer VP-23 video switch. e. Power off Dell media Desktop(PC1) and/or Laptop(PC2). f. Power off Dell monitor.

Prior to service a. Open Worship Assistant on the PC. b. Get song list from worship leader or posted list. c. Set up the song list in Worship Assistant. d. Run through songs to make sure mapping is correct. e. Select PC1 or PC2 on the VGA video switch. f. Select Camera on the S-Video switch. g. Load the weekly announcements Powerpoint file shortcut located on the desktop. h. Start the announcements slideshow. (F5) i. Set the Lobby projector to VGA/RGB. Start of worship j. Stop the announcements slideshow. (ESC) k. Set the Lobby projector to S-Video. l. Start the Worship Assistant lyric display. (F5) i. Follow along with the worship leader. ii. Try not to jump from slide to slide quickly if you loose your place, use the mouse and select the proper slide. Start of message m. Stop the Worship Assistant display. (ESC) i. Do not switch the VGA input on the switch as this can cause a white or blue screen. After service n. Start the announcements slideshow. (F5) o. Set the Lobby projector to VGA/RGB.
