This is done by determining the Demographic, Geographic, Psychographic segments



Create a persona of the person who is the targeted user.

Determine the Brands Identity using the Matrix Box Value Position: How do they appeal to old and new customers? What are their offerings?

Relationships: What is their relationship like with new and old customers?

Position: How do they position their product in the market?

Expression: What unique ways do they communicate with their customers?

Identity: Core values of the company

Personality: What personality does their brand represent?

Mission and Vision statements.

Culture: What are their attitudes and how do they work and behave?

Competences: What are they good and how does that separate them from the competition?
