The layout for each project should be place in the Isometric directory -> Project folder -> Final Fab
1.- Open CADWORX 2.- Create a new drawing 3.- Click Setup on the Setup Size/Spec panel in the CADWorx Plant I tab. Alterna�vely, type SETUP on the command line, and then press ENTER.

4.- Under Configura�on Se�ngs, make sure SystemMeasure and Drawing Prototype are set to English/Inch (Metric/Metric). 5.- Type command UNITS in the file box, and change it to INCHES, ARCHITECTURAL, and clock turn.

1.- Select Apply Gasket Inser�on Rule, and then change the list to Automa�c. 2.- Select Apply Bolt Inser�on Rule, and then change the list to Automa�c. 3.- Click Apply & Close on the CADWorx Plant Setup dialog box.
4.- Click File > Save As.

Piping Rules:
1.- Bill of Material Setup Here you can choose what columns you want to be show in your Bill of Material.
The most specific data like size of the column or text, is located in the main CADWorx Plant setup.

Some objects may not exist in the Equipment Library, so we need to create a user shape that will be inserted to the model. As with all user shapes it is necessary to have 3D or a combina�on of 3D and 2D objects modeled to represent the component. 1.-Draw the component in Autocad 2.- Create a new Data File located in the following loca�on:
* You can open an exi�ng Data File and save it with another name. 3.- Replace the informa�on in the Table Data about the user shape previously created. The informa�on required is Size and Thickness. It must include all the sizes you requiere in one document. 4.- Put all the dwg. files created, matching the informa�on you already include in the Data Table. It must be one dwg. for each size. 5.- Open Cadworx Equipment and find the User Shape created in the following:

Autodesk Navisworks Manage Autodesk AutoCAD Plant 3D Object Enabler (according to your Autocad version) Autodesk Navisworks Exporters (Both versions, Autocad and Navisworks) Cadworx Plant Object Enabler (Cadworx version) Once you bind or insert all your xreferences in one drawing type NWCOUT. And it will open the Navisworks exporter.

To export a 3D model, made in Cadworx you need to have installed in you computer.
