Prelaminated DURATUFF-MDF is made from the finest quality MDF boards, which are laminated with MF resin impregnated paper in a short cycle press under programmed logic control quality system. The superiority lies in its perfect surface and edges, which facilitate profiling of the edges to render any shape, form or finish. No wonder, with super smooth edges. Prelaminated DURATUFF-MDF is a product with a difference. Prelaminated DURATUFF-MDF conforms to IS : 14587 /1998 (also conforms to DIN 68761, 68763, 68765).

Interior Grade is branded Lamina and Exterior grade is branded as Laminex in variants of One Side Laminated (OSL) and Both Side Laminated (BSL).

Advantages :

Since the laminated decorative paper forms an integral part of the board, no de-lamination occurs even under adverse usage.

A super smooth surface leads to excellent quality free form defects of waviness, telescopy, air pockets or any other bonding defects.

Has excellant machinability characteristics, thus can be turned, profiled, routed, carved and grooved like wood, enabling mass production possibilities, unlike pre-laminated particle boards and Plywood, thereby saving labour and time.

Pre-laminated DURATUFF-MDF is resistant to abrasion, household chemicals, steam, cigarette burns and cracking.

Super smooth edges, unlike pre-laminated particle board and plywood, substantially reduces the cost of finishing the edges.
