3 Reports PACT provides a powerful and versatile reporting facility that helps you generate the entire information needed for any business. With each module, it provides customary reports and provides a facility to view the reports in desired formats. The Reports that PACT may generate will depend on the nature of Business they are engaged in. Keeping this in mind, the creation of Report is left to the User. Each module comprises of standard report templates. As per the needs of an enterprise, you can create or define any number of reports from these templates and tag them to various branches, Cost centers etc. In addition to the default report types inbuilt in the software, the user can create his own reports by using the inbuilt report builder. The Reports used by an enterprise will depend on the extent of information desired by it.

5.3 Solution Road Map The implementation of the software would be done continuously and may be achieved in one or more phases. The following broad roadmap is recommended for an effective implementation process.

5.4 Implementation The implementation process would begin after the receipt of confirmed order and advance payment and this would include the following:

Creation of all kinds of Masters - Products, Accounts, Profit Centers, etc – from data to be received in digitized format from the Company

Define Job Positions with specific rights to each Position, Create Users, Allocate Passwords

•

Create Transaction Screens for individual users, design Templates for printing of the transactions and parameters of transaction authorization etc

•

Reporting Structure, including design of individual reports, for each user etc

•

Enter sample transaction and verify for correctness of entry and reports etc

•

Fine-tuning the system

6.5 Training Pact Software Services Pvt. Ltd. shall train Staff during implementation process, on the job, and in classroom environment before/thereafter.

6.4.2 Deployment Time The entire deployment and training together with parallel run would take approximately 2-4 weeks, provided there are no delays from the user side in providing the necessary Hardware, required data and availability of staff for training.
