Right now we are working on the following: Golub - We have met with Ed Swayze and Dave Daigler, both work for Dave Holly. They are starting a very large project to install networks In all 80 locations tied together .../" via T-1. This Is significant in that If it is not properly implemented and maintained they wiJIlose big money. Right now they are buying cheap clones and maintaining them with f.-"\ L,).J in house people at a cost of $400K per year (farming it out would be much more cost / J:;~ effective). We believe that working wtth IBM would make a lot of sense and allow ., Golub to have someone to run to If things go sour plus IBM has done this a few times ~~~ successfully. There is a real business case to be made for working with us. If need be I can meet wtth Lew or Neil to discuss. The folks OUf guys are talking to are competent;;:: In what they do, but sincerely, this stuff is above them.

Travelers - Lost nationwide procurement to Cadallnk. The decision was made by purchasing (Lydia Woo lett , Director) and they wanted an on-line system which AmeriData does not have. We still need to develop with them.

CIGNA - We seem to be doing very well with them in one area (Tech Services - John Talty, Director) and have a number of people on ~lte. I am encouraging our folks to go wider in the account since Tally is so happy wHh us and our service. Gtech - After meeting with Lou Cutrona I think we are not pursuing this account effectively. If you can give me some pointers I'd appreciate it. By the way. he says that he will be calling you to set up a meeting.

Fleet - Our Boston office says they are working on this, but have little to say as far as specifics. I think we need 10 restart our efforts and again , if you have any advice we'd appreciate it.

UPS - Doug was in Atlanta last week, but we should be speaking this week.

State - Is there anything we should be pursuing with the IBM/OGS thing~ I h~ve never -" met Delaney and if you think I should let me know. Also, how are we dOing With the 1.Jr IBM Patak! meeting?
