In this organization, 8 hr working in day & 5 working days in a week, including 2 days leave. After personnel scheduling we come to know that the number of persons require in operation department is 12.

According to our team’s perception, company should mostly concern about its product that is being produced as a whole (finished product). It is because Company has to sign an agreement to whom it has to supply finished goods. This is because if the product line is interrupted due to any reason the company will have to pay a penalty of Rs.7000/min.

Finally, it is important to note that these strategies are not strictly independent of each other; value is function of not just price, quality and service but can also be enhanced by Personalization and offering a memorable experience. Paradise Plastic Enterprise Pvt. Ltd is one of the 50 largest private companies in India, qualified as ISO 9001:2000 about product to quality standards is ratified by an ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification. The current volume of products has not met the large demand for manufacturing in India. So, with the proud of customer satisfaction about its high quality products, Paradise Plastic Enterprise Pvt.Ltd. will enlarge production as well as the size of company more and more in the future.
