WEBERCISE PREPARATION FOR LUNAR NEW YEAR – (Teacher Lecture) 1. Clean your house, your vehicle, your office. The new year must start on clean and cleared basis. 2. Buy a branch of peach tree with blossoming flowers. Every home must have it. 3. Rent or buy a mandarin tree, as well present in every family. 4. Prepare some lucky money and lucky envelope to give friends and relatives to give them a luck. 5. Prepare new traditional clothes. 6. Prepare some traditional food such as Banh Chung, the traditional sticky rice cake cooked in banana leaves. 7. Choose the very first person who will enter your house after midnight for the New Year. This person is supposed to bring happiness and good fortune to the family for the whole year. Base on Teacher Lecture, we study about Lunar New Year. Webercise will focus more on preparation for Lunar New Year. Student will know how and why Vietnamese people take a lot of time to prepare for Lunar New Year – the biggest Vietnamese festival.
