Enter or select the project(s) in the Select Project Number(s) field.

IMPORTANT – If the user has task level access only, the project number will not appear in the drop down list. The user must enter the project number in the “Select Project Number(s)” field to access the task information. 10. Enter the award(s) or accept the wildcard (%) in the “Select Award Number(s)” field. 11. Select Next

to enter specific task parameters.

• Skip this step to retrieve all tasks associated with the project(s) and award(s) entered. Selecting Parameter Values from the Drop-down List The Select Values drop-down list next to each entry field allows users to select parameter values easily and quickly as opposed to manual entry. The benefits of using the “select value” method to enter parameter values are that users can select multiple values at once and the parameter values selected are automatically formatted properly in the Parameter Wizard. Access the Select Values pop-up window by selecting the drop-down arrow next to any entry field.

1. Accept the selected entries and populates the Parameter Wizard 2. Cancels the selections and closes the Values window 3. Accesses Discoverer online help 4. Selects all entries in the list 5. Deselects all selected entries in the list
