LOGFRAME PROJECT DEFINITION THINKING TOOL NAME OF THE PROJECT: Asset Management System PROJECT BENEFICIARY: The Seventeen (17) Regional Offices with five (5) sub-office PROJECT FUND SOURCE: GAA PROJECT OWNER: Department of Agriculture AGENCY STRATEGIC AGENDA: By the end of one year period we will be able to rationalize the management of assets with the department of agriculture.

OBJECTIVES GOAL: * To find and track down all assets of the department * define procedure by which to identify and maintain the assets * provide all involved personnel with a tool to easily manage and control the assets * identify and define procedures and manuals in the acquisition and deployment of assets * to provide accurate reporting tool for decision makers PURPOSE: * reduce the cost (people, time) * increase efficiency and productivity * institutionalized effective procurement and deployment * accountability and responsibility OUTPUTS: * empowered property custodian * effective utilization of assets * equal and transparent deployment * reduced the time management of assets * effective record and tracking of assets.
