LMG Profile Lead Management Group (LMG) was started in Sept. 2003 as a strategic business unit to explore new opportunities across technologies and geographies. Since then, LMG has been successful in opening numerous key accounts for YASH which have grown into strategic partnerships. LMG works as a synergy between two teams‐‐ Research & Calling. Research Team provides the pivotal information necessary about the prospective companies to the calling team, from which the calling team then reaches the right party contacts to explore the right opportunities which are aligned with our service offerings.

LMG Teams SAP team concentrates in building a strong and robust customer base/pipeline for YASH by calling in to SAP customers across the US. They tap the opportunities in alignment with our practice capabilities. The approach is a perennial effort to generate leads and simultaneously support specific campaigns like the SAP upgrade, and specific solutions to industry verticals like ChemOne and TechOne. This is done in close coordination with practice and sales teams.
Business Intelligence (BI) team is responsible for discovering opportunities across the US. Their focus falls under the umbrella of BI suite of software like Cognos, BO, and Actuate. They closely work with the Practice and sales teams.
SyncEx Team has been instrumental in marketing YASH as one of the capable product companies. They explain the value of the Portlets and SyncEx Suite of products to their lucrative business usability across the globe. They create space for the next level discussion by involving the SyncEx technical team.
Ebiz Team’s responsibility is no different from the rest of the teams, but the scope and offering they cover are larger. They have dedicated team members individually focused to concentrate on Portals (Microsoft, IBM, and BEA), Enterprise Content Management (Documentum, Vignette and Interwoven) and various other offerings. They work with the respective practice managers and also the sales team.
Europe Calling Team Europe Calling Team generates leads for the whole of Europe and generates leads in Microsoft, Cognos and SAP. They coordinate with both the Sales and Practice teams. India Calling Team
India team taps various opportunities across different verticals for the SAP practice.
Research Team plays an imperative role in providing the right information to the LMG calling team. The primary responsibilities of this team are to build databases, capture IT landscapes, provide relevant information for campaigns and also gather market intelligence on latest IT trends. AppStreet Calling Team AppStreet Team is responsible for generating leads in various Oracle technologies across Asia Pac region.

Oracle announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire ClearApp, a leading provider of application
management solutions for composite applications. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the second half of 2008.
