Let Me Introduce Myself

Hello everyone! I’m Kathy Bryant!

I teach 5th grade at Omar Bradley Elementary School in beautiful, downtown Northeast El Paso, TX.  I have been teaching at Bradley for my entire teaching career since 1993.  Some of my former students have gone on to bright and varied careers in such fields as medicine, education, the arts, and the NFL.

Baking…and eating.

Keeping up with Chloe Belle-Pepper also keeps me very busy.

My Favorite Teachers  1st Grade – Mrs. Walker let me run the reading groups when she went out of the room.  5th Grade – Mr. McVay is the reason I’m where I am today. He was creative, patient, and gave us varied opportunities.  High School Band Director – Mr. Unzicker taught us to love whatever music sounded good to us…my iPod is a testament to that idea.

That I was born right down the street from this castle in Heidelberg, Germany.
