THIS MYTH STATES THAT ONLY NEED A HEALTHY MIND TO BE A GOOD LEADER, THE CHALLENGE OF UNDERSTANDING OF LEADERSHIP IS KNOWING WHEN A HEALTHY MIND CAN BE APPLIED AND WHEN NOT TO. LEADERS NEED TO ACT WITH CONFIDENCE BUT ALSO HAVE TO BE HUMBLE TO KNOW THAT OTHER PEOPLE'S VIEWIS ALSO USEFUL. SOME PEOPLE ARE CONVINCED THAT TO BE A LEADER IS BECAUSE THE OFFSPRING WHILE OTHERS BELIEVE THAT LIFE EXPERIENCES FORM THE PRIVATE, NO ONE GAVE BIRTH TO THE LEADER. THE SECOND OPINION IS CORRECT IN THE SENSE OF INNATE FACTORS OR DISPOSITIONS AS WELL AS FORMATIVE EXPERIENCE OR DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE AFFECTS MANY BEHAVIORS INCLUDING LEADERSHIPMANY PEOPLE ASK IF THE LEADERSHIP CAN BE DEVELOPED THROUGH THE STUDY OF FORMAL, RATHER BELIEVES THAT IT IS ONLY ACQUIRED THROUGH ACTUAL EXPERIENCE. BUT IT IS WRONG TO THINK THAT FORMAL STUDY AND LEARN FROM THE EXPERIENCE IS MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE OR ANTAGONISTIC. THE FACT THE COMPLEMENTARY NATURE BETWEEN THE TWO

A GOOD ORGANIZATION SHOULD BE IDENTIFIED AND TRAINED ITS MEMBERS TO UNDERSTAND THE TALENT OF LEADERSHIP IF NOT, IT WILL SUFFERED THE RISKS OF FAILURE. BAD MANAGERS WILL OVERLOAD THE HUGE COST TO THE ORGANIZATION AND HAVE A BAD MANAGER WOULD ADVERSE THE ORGANIZATION.BUT AN ORGANIZATION THAT HAS A TALENTED MANAGER WHO WILL LEAD THE ORGANIZATION, IT WILL DEVELOPE AND GAIN A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE

THE JOB OF A LEADER CAN BE SEEN FROM THE NATURE OF HIS JOB. A LEADER INWORK TOOK LESSONS FROM REAL LIFE. PUT PEOPLE AS THE SECRET TO SUCCESS, DOING THE JOB RIGHT, THE LEAD IN A TIME OF UNCERTAINTY AND UNDERSTAND IF THEY FAIL TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

REAL LIFE INTO LESSONS, LEADERSHIP REQUIRES A HEALTHY MIND, KNOWLEDGEAND HONESTY TO THE PEOPLE. EFFECTIVE LEADERS LEARN ABOUT THE PEOPLE THEY LEAD, COMMUNICATE WELL, GIVING RELEVANT FEEDBACK AND GIVES AWARDS TO ELIGIBLE  ELEMENT OF THE SECRET ARE THE PEOPLE. YOU CAN DREAM, CREATE AND DESIGN THE MOST AMAZING PLACES IN THE WORLD, BUT IT REQUIRES PEOPLE TO MAKE THE DREAM BECOME REAL (WALT DISNEY). IT DOESN'T MATTER IN WHAT BUSINESS ACHIEVED, PEOPLE ARE VITAL RESOURCES, WITHOUT WHICH THE WORKERS ARE MOTIVATED, ORGANIZATIONS HAVE STRUGGLED TO STAY AFLOAT 

DONE THE RIGHT WAY, THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF LEADERSHIP IS THE PEOPLE MAKE ORGANIZATION AND ENGAGING THEM CREATES LOYALTY. LEADERS BUILD A REPUTATION FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE MOTIVATED, ENERGIZED AND PRODUCTIVE. LEADERS MUST UNDERSTAND WHAT DIINGIKAN PEOPLE IS NOT WHAT SHE WANTED. LEAD IN TIME OF UNCERTAINTY, THE ROLE OF THE LEADER IN A TIME OF UNCERTAINTY IS MORE IMPORTANT TO MANAGE THE BOTTOM LINE RESULTS. KEEP IN MIND THE MAIN PRIORITIES ARE THE WORKERS. THE LEADER OF A SUCCESSFUL PRACTICE LEADERSHIP SKILLS. FAILING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, MANY MANAGERS AND LEADERS OF FAILING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, THEY ARE QUICK TO POINT OUT THE MISTAKES OF OTHERS ... MANY FOUND THAT THE MANAGERS WHO FAILED IS LESS SKILLED THAN OTHER COLLEAGUES.

COMMUNICATION, LEADERS COMMUNICATE ALL THE THINGS TO WORKERS BY MAKING THEM KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING IN THE ORGANIZATION, TEAM AND DEPARTMENT. 2. PRAISE, WHEN LEADERS PRAISE THE PEOPLE HE INSPIRED THE LOYALTY AND ENCOURAGE THEIR WORK EMBODIES. PRAISE ALSO CREATES A POSITIVE ENERGY WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION 3. EMPOWERMENT, GOOD LEADERS KNOW that THEY NEED to CREATE MORE LEADERS in ALL levels. EMPOWER SUBORDINATES, FOSTER THEIR DEVELOPMENT TO BE A LEADER. DON'T JUST DELEGATE THE WORK BUT ALSO DELEGATE DECISION-MAKING POWER. 4. COACHING. COACHING ENCOURAGES PRODUCTIVITY, BUILD TEAMWORK, MOTIVATE WORKERS IMPROVE PERFORMANCE AND HELP TO OVERCOME OBSTACLES TO GO TO SUKSESAN. 1.

(WOLF, 2015) There are 5 GOALS that are GUARANTEED to BE an EFFECTIVE LEADER.  1. BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER TO WORK AS THE TEAM  2. MOTIVATE PEOPLE TO PERFORM  3. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FROM BOTTOM LINE  4. MAKE DIFFICULT DECISIONS  5. CREATE POSITIVE ENERGY

THE TERM LEADER, LEADERS AND MANAGERS ARE OFTEN USED, BUT THEY ARE NOT IDENTICAL AND MUST BE SEPARATED. THE MAIN ROLE OF LEADER WAS INFLUENCING OTHERS TO VOLUNTARILY ACHIEVE THE TARGETS THAT HAVE BEEN SET. A LEADER CREATES A VISION AND INSPIRE OTHERS TO ACHIEVE THAT VISION AND EXTEND THEMSELVES BEYOND ITS NORMAL CAPABILITIES. MANAGER OF PLANNING ACTIVITIES, ORGANISING THE STRUCTURE AND CONTROL OF RESOURCES.

ORGANIZATIONAL SUCCESS REQUIRES A COMBINATION OF EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT AND LEADS TO THE REALIZATION THAT THE LEADERS NOW NEED TO BE EFFECTIVE BOTH IN LEADING AND MANAGING
