Langkah Membersihkan W32/Shur.A : 1. Jika menggunakan WindowsXP (jika tidak maasuk ke-langkah 2), matikan terlebih

dahulu System Restore a. Masuk ke : Control Panel b. Pilih : System c. Pilih : System Restore d. Beri tanda √ (check) pada : Turn Off System Restore on all drive Matikan proses virus Shur.A dengan menggunakan tools Proceexp, kemudian matikan file yang mempunyai bentuk folder atau file dengan nama WINDOWS.EXE (Lihat gambar1)
3. Hapus string yang dibuat oleh Shur.A pada registry dengan cara : 4. 5.
a. Klik kanan repair.inf b. Pilih [Install] Hapus file Induk yang dibuat oleh virus didirektori C:\Windows dengan nama WINDOWS.EXE Hapus file duplikat yang dibuat oleh virus dengan ciri-ciri :
a. Icon File berbentuk Folder b. Ukuran File 224 KB c. Type file “application” (Biasanya *.EXE)
