UNDERTAKING I, Choudhary Abdul Khaliq S/o Abdul Wahid having authority from the President Jamiat Ahle-Haddis (Regd), Aam Khas Bagh, outside Daulat Gate, Multan grantee, hereby undertake that the Grant-in-aid of Rs. 50,000/(Rupees fifty thousand only) received by the aforesaid grantee from the E.T.P. Board, shall be utilized for the purpose of student’s food and welfare, on the following terms and conditions: 1. The grantee shall maintain a complete and separate account of the grant, along-with all vouchers. 2. The income and expenditure account of the grantee shall be subject to annual audit by such agency as the E.T.P. Board may appoint. 3. The grant shall be exclusively utilized for the purpose for which it has been sanctioned, otherwise it shall be recoverable from the grantee (recipient agency) if it is found at any stage that grant has not been utilized properly. 4. The services/institution of the grantee shall be open to inspection by the officers of the E.T.P. Board at any time. 5. The grantee shall be bound by the provisions of the E.T. Property Management and Disposal Act, 1975 and all the rules and instructions issued thereunder concerning the utilization of the grant and in case of any violation or failure to abide by any of the conditions, the grantee shall reimburse the Evacuee Trust Property Board of the amount of grant. 6. Any dispute concerning grant, shall be resolved by the Chairman, E.T.P. Board whose decision shall be binding on the grantee.
