Down hole & service operation during steam injections
Burn from high temperature of well head & explosion or burn from uncontrolled release of steam & equipment breaking or wire damage

Working in H2S existing area.
Exposure to lethal concentration of H2S gas.
Corrective Actions *Wearing full heat protection suit. *Remote thermostats to measure temperature before entering the area. *Don’t exceed 60% of wire strength breaking. *All CSG valve in the vicinity area should be closed. *Breathing Apparatus should be available & H2s personal detector.
