Go - Green

Going green is a growing trend that's hot and getting hotter. Not only is it in style, many planners say integrating green elements just plain feels good. Caterers across Southern California are gladly jumping aboard the Earth-Friendly bandwagon. The truth is, it's not difficult to incorporate environmentally sound practices into your planning. Our Strategy For Go – Green Concern >> We use organic, locally grown and seasonal food whenever possible. >> We use china, glasses and utensils or biodegradable disposables. >> Minimize water use. >> Recycle all paper, cardboard, plastic, glass and aluminum. >> Donate unused items and food to local food banks or shelters. >> We use biomas for hot water.
