Ip Phone Config

Procedure for the IP phone configuration: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Press “#” and “i” key together. Press the key besides IP parameters on phone display. Press key to choose the option for “static” or “dynamic”. If choosing dynamic then follow the steps 7 to 11. If choosing static then press key besides the “IP” on phone display and put the static IP address of the same range for the phone. 6. Same way put subnet mask as “255.255.255.xxx”, default gateway as “xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx” below IP address menu. 7. Same way put CS IP address as “xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx” in TFTP1 menu 8. Press on key besides the “check mark” above the ip parameter menu on your display screen. The message on the screen will be “please wait”. 9. Press the key besides the “man” icon on your screen. 10. It will save the configuration & Phone will restart. 11. Phone will prompt to dial your own extension number. Dial “xxxx” the number. 12. Phone will prompt for password. Dial four times ‘0’ as a password. IP Phone is configured.
