Introduction: The “Medi-Solution” has been develop to override the problems prevailing in practicing manual system. This software is supported to eliminate and in some cases reduces the hardships faced by this existing system. Moreover, this system is designed for the particular need of the company to carry out operations in a smooth and effective manner. The application is reduce as much as possible to avoid errors while entering the data. It also provides error message while entering invalid data. No formal knowledge is needed for the user to use this system. thus by this all it proves it is user-friendly. Medi-Solution, as described above, can lead to error free, secure, reliable and fast management system. It can assist the user concentrate on their other activities rather to concentrate on the record keeping. Thus it will help organization in better utilization of resources. Every organization, whether big or small, has challenges to overcome and managing the information of Doctor, Clinic, Medical Bills, Medicines. This is designed to assist in strategic planning, and will help you ensure that your organization is equipped with the right level of information and details for your future goals. Also, for those busy executive who are always on the go, our systems come with remote access feature, which will allow you to manage your

workforce anytime, at all times. These systems will ultimately allow you to better manage resources.

Objectives Of The Project: The main objective of the project on “Medi-Solution” is to manage the details of Clinic, Doctor, Patient, Tests, Medicines. It manages all the information about Clinic, Medical Bills, Medicines, Clinic. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work fir managing the Clinic, Doctor, Medical Bills, Patient. It tracks all the details about the Patient , Tests, Medicines. Functionalities provided by the Medi-Solution are as follows:  Provides the searching facilities based on various factors. Such as Clinic, Patient, Test, Medicines. Medi-Solution also manages the Medical bills details online for  Tests details, Medicines details, Clinic.  It tracks all the information of Doctor, Medical Bills, Tests.  Manages the information of Doctor.  It deals with monitoring the information and transaction of

 Tests. Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which  results in proper resource management of Clinic data.  Manage the information of Tests.

Scope Of The Project: It may help collecting perfect management in details. In a very short time, the collection will be obvious, simple and sensible. It will help a person to know the management of passed year perfectly and vividly. It also helps in current all works relative to Medi-Solution. It will be also reduced the cost of collecting the management & collection procedure will go on smoothly. Our project aims at business process automation i.e. we have tried to computerized various processes of clinic management system.  In computer system the person has to fill the various forms & number of copies of the forms can be easily generated at a time.  In computer system, it is not necessary to create the manifest but we can directly print it, which saves our time.  The system generates types of information that can be used for various purpose.

 It satisfy the user requirement.  Be easy to understand by the user and operator.  Be easy to operate.  Have a good user interface.  Be extendable.  Delivered on schedule within the budget.

Project Modules A module for a software project is a group of programs working together to achieve a common objective. Doctor Module  In this module doctor can register themselves  They can view the details of patient history

 Doctor can give the medicine and test prescription  Doctor can check the appointments Patient Module  In this module patient can search the doctors and pathology lab  Patient can take the appointment  Patient can go to pathology lab Pathology module  In this module lab assistant can perform the test  In this module lab assistant can calculate the commission of doctor  Report of the test is uploaded on line Medical Module  In this module the pharmacist can check the prescription  Bill can also be generated in this module

Existing System: Under manual Online Clinic System, you have to first wait in line to take appointment for the doctors and wait for your time to have meet with them and discuss on your health problems. As you have to provide your information and other reports many times at different places such as the medicine store which is again a burden of carrying documents. You have to be present physically at the doctor’s cabin. Patients have to visit on another day of after some hours to take their health reports which involves extra care person with patients anytime. Under manual system, the only accepted payment method is by cash and if patients due to some reasons are not having cash on time may face difficulties and not able to get treatment.

Proposed System: To make a truly Online Clinic System system to have meet with online doctors, all manual process has been automated through this system. Patient have to fill online form by which id and password created and sended to their email and upon accepting data, automatic login to patient panel. Through this panel, patients can select the doctors and have appointment with

them on their time from their own place. Patients will get all their reports and medicine prescriptions in their inbox by notification indication must after appointment session. There is no need of cash and a secure payment gateway has been used to pay the required fees using their account or debit or credit card.

Conclusion:  The whole systems activities are divided into three major parts like patients, doctors.  Each one has their own role to perform and system respond accordingly.  Several agents have been created using web services and inter agent communication is done.

Future Enhancement:  To send appointment details through mobile notifications.  Add an online Visual chat module between patient and Expert.  To add more number of disease information in future version.  Scheduling of meeting through mails.
