Chaidez 1 Dianna Chaidez Masha Fedorova Writing 2 20 March 2019 Introduction In my portfolio you will find my rough drafts with comments on them. I have now covered all the basic topics and tips on how to write about genre. I have revised my drafts according to the comments made by Masha and my peers in class. In this class I have learned what genre is and various ways to tackle writing about genre. All the readings I’ve done in this class have shown me a variety of different author’s preferred way of writing about genre. They have also shared ways to figure what kind of genre you are writing about and help us to write better. In this class I have improved my writing skills immensely. All the articles I’ve read and the videos we’ve watched in class have made me the writer I am today. All the feedback I’ve been getting back from my peers and teacher have made me a better writer.
