‫ﺍﻥ ﻓﻠﺴﻔﺔ ﺍﻟﱰﺑﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﳎﺔ ﺗﻘﻮﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺒﺪﺃ ﺗﻔﺎﻋﻞ ﻭﻣﺸﺎﺭﻛﺔ‬ ‫ﻛﻞ ﻣﻜﻮﻧﺎﺕ ﻭﺷﺮﺍﺋﺢ ﺍ‪‬ﺘﻤﻊ ﺍﶈﻠﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻃﻔﺎﻝ ﻭﺍﻫﺎﱄ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﺳﺎﺗﺬﺓ ﻭﺑﻠﺪﻳﺎﺕ ﻭﻣﺆﺳﺴﺎﺕ ﳏﻠﻴﺔ ﰲ ﺣﻴﺎﺓ ﻭﺍﻧﺸﻄﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﳌﺪﺍﺭﺱ‪ .‬ﻭﺍﺳﺘﺜﻤﺎﺭ ﺧﱪﺍﺗﻬﺎ ﻭﻃﺎﻗﺎﺗﻬﺎ ﰲ ﺣﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻻﻃﻔﺎﻝ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﳋﻄﻂ ﺍﳌﺪﺭﺳﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺴﻬﻴﻼﺕ ﰲ ﺍﳌﺒﲎ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺠﻬﻴﺰﺍﺕ ﺩﺍﺧﻞ‬ ‫ﺍﳌﺪﺭﺳﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺳﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﳌﻤﺎﺭﺳﺎﺕ‬ ‫ﻭﺍﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﺎﺕ ﻟﺘﺼﺒﺢ ﺍﳌﺪﺭﺳﺔ ﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﺁﻣﻨﺔ ﻭﺻﺪﻳﻘﺔ ﻟﻼﻃﻔﺎﻝ‬ ‫ﲝﻴﺚ ﻳﻌﱪﻭﺍ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻧﻔﺴﻬﻢ ﻭﳝﺎﺭﺳﻮﺍ ﻫﻮﺍﻳﺎﺗﻬﻢ ﲝﺮﻳﺔ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺃﻱ‬ ‫ﺿﻐﻮﻃﺎﺕ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻜﺒﺎﺭ ‪ .‬ﻟﺬﻟﻚ ﺗﻬﺪﻑ ﺍﻟﱰﺑﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﳎﺔ ﺍﱃ ﺟﻌﻞ‬ ‫ﺍﳌﺪﺭﺳﺔ ﺍﻛﺜﺮ ﺍﻧﻔﺘﺎﺣﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺌﺔ ﺍﶈﻴﻄﺔ ﻟﺘﺤﻘﻴﻖ ﺍﻫﺪﺍﻓﻬﺎ‬ ‫ﻭﻏﺎﻳﺎﺗﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﱰﺑﻮﻳﺔ ‪.‬‬

‫‪ -‬ﺗﺸﻜﯿﻞ ﻟﺠﺎن ﺗﻨﺴﯿﻘﯿﺔ ﻣ ﻦ اﻻﻃﻔ ﺎل ﻓ ﻲ ﻛ ﻞ ﻣﺪرﺳ ﺔ ‪،‬‬

‫ﯾ ﺴﻌﻰ ﻣ ﺸﺮوع اﻟﺘﺮﺑﯿ ﺔ اﻟﺪاﻣﺠ ﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﻤ ﻞ‬

‫اﻟﮭ ﺪف اﻟﻌ ﺎم ‪ :‬ﯾﮭ ﺪف اﻟﻤ ﺸﺮوع اﻟ ﻰ اﻟﻌﻤ ﻞ ﻣ ﻊ‬

‫وﻛ ﻞ ﻟﺠﻨ ﺔ ﺗ ﻀﻢ ﺛ ﻼث ﻟﺠ ﺎن ﻓﺮﻋﯿ ﺔ ) ﻟﺠﻨ ﺔ ﺣﻘ ﻮق‬

‫اﻟﻤ ﺪارس ﻟﺘﻔﻌﯿ ﻞ ﻣﻨﮭﺠﯿ ﺔ اﻟﻤ ﺸﺎرﻛﺔ وذﻟ ﻚ‬

‫اﻟﻄﻔﻞ – ﻟﺠﻨﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻃﻔﻞ اﻟﻰ ﻃﻔﻞ – ﻟﺠﻨﺔ ﺗﺮﺑﻮﯾﺔ ( ‪.‬‬

‫وﻣ ﺪارس اﻻﻧ ﺮوا ‪ ،‬اﻻﺳ ﺎﺗﺬة ‪ ،‬اﻻﻃﻔ ﺎل ‪ .‬ﺣﯿ ﺚ‬

‫ﺑﺎﻟﺸﺮاﻛﺔ ﻣﻊ اﻃﻔ ﺎل اﻟﻤ ﺪارس واﻻھ ﻞ واﻻﺳ ﺎﺗﺬة‬

‫‪ -‬ﺑﻨ ﺎء ﻗ ﺪرات اﻻﻃﻔ ﺎل ﺣ ﻮل اﻟﻤﮭ ﺎرات اﻟﻘﯿﺎدﯾ ﺔ ‪،‬‬

‫ﺗﻮاﺟ ﮫ ھ ﺬه اﻟﻤ ﺪارس ﻋ ﺪد ﻣ ﻦ اﻟ ﺼﻌﻮﺑﺎت‬

‫واﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ اﻟﻤﺤﻠ ﻲ ﻟﺘﺤ ﺴﯿﻦ ﺟ ﻮدة اﻟﺘﻌﻠ ﯿﻢ وﺗﺤﺪﯾ ﺪ‬

‫واﻟﻌﻮاﺋ ﻖ ﻟﺘﺤﻘﯿ ﻖ ﻣ ﺴﺘﻮى ﺗﻌﻠﯿﻤ ﻲ اﻓ ﻀﻞ‬

‫اﺳ ﺒﺎب اﻻﻧﺘﮭﺎﻛ ﺎت ﻓ ﻲ ﺣﻘ ﻮق اﻻﻃﻔ ﺎل واﻗﺘ ﺮاح‬

‫ﻟﻼﻃﻔﺎل ‪ ،‬وﻣﺎ ﯾﺤﻔﺰ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺔ ﻧﺒ ﻊ ﻟﻠﻌﻤ ﻞ ﻓ ﻲ ھ ﺬا‬

‫آﻟﯿﺎت ﻋﻤﻞ ﻟﻠﺤﺪ ﻣﻨﮭﺎ‪.‬‬

‫أﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺸﺮاﻛﺔ ﻣﻊ اﻻﻃﻔﺎل ‪:‬‬

‫ﻣﻨﮭﺠﯿ ﺔ ﻣ ﻦ ﻃﻔ ﻞ اﻟ ﻰ ﻃﻔ ﻞ ‪ ،‬اﻟﻤ ﺸﺎرﻛﺔ وﺣﻘ ﻮق‬ ‫اﻟﻄﻔﻞ ‪ ،‬ﻣﻌﺎﯾﯿﺮ ﺟﻮدة اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ ‪.‬‬ ‫ ﻣﺨﯿﻤﺎت ﺻﯿﻔﯿﺔ و أﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﺻﯿﻔﯿﺔ ‪.‬‬‫ أﯾ ﺎم ﻣﻔﺘﻮﺣ ﺔ ﻟﻼﻃﻔ ﺎل ﻟﺘﺒ ﺎدل اﻟﺨﺒ ﺮات و اﻟﺘﺤ ﺎور‬‫ﺣﻮل ﻣﺸﺎرﻛﺔ اﻻﻃﻔﺎل وﺟﻮدة اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -‬اﺻ ﺪار ﻣﺠﻠ ﺔ ﺣ ﻮل أﻧ ﺸﻄﺔ اﻻﻃﻔ ﺎل و اﻟﻘ ﻀﺎﯾﺎ و‬

‫اﻟﻤﺠ ﺎل ھ ﻮ ﺗﻌ ﺎون وﺣﻤ ﺎس واﻧ ﺪﻓﺎع اﻟﻤ ﺪارس‬ ‫اﻟﺮﺳﻤﯿﺔ و اﻻوﻧﺮوا ﻓ ﻲ اﺗﺠ ﺎه ﺗﻄ ﻮﯾﺮ وﺗﺤ ﺴﯿﻦ‬ ‫ﺟﻮدة اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ‪.‬‬

‫ ﺑﺮﻧ ﺎﻣﺞ أﻧ ﺸﻄﺔ ﯾﻮﻣﯿ ﺔ ﻣ ﻊ ‪ 70‬ﻃﻔ ﻞ ﺑﻌﻤ ﺮ ‪ 4‬و ‪5‬‬‫ﺳﻨﻮات ﻓﻲ ﻣﺮﻛﺰي اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻢ و اﻟﻠﻌﺐ ﻓﻲ اﻟ ﺒﺺ وﻧﮭ ﺮ‬ ‫اﻟﺒﺎرد ‪.‬‬ ‫أﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺸﺮاﻛﺔ ﻣﻊ اﻻھﻞ ‪:‬‬ ‫ ﻟﻘ ﺎءات دورﯾ ﺔ ﻣ ﻊ اﻻھ ﻞ ﻣ ﻦ ﺧ ﻼل اﻟﻤﺤﻄ ﺎت‬‫اﻟﻤﻨﺰﻟﯿﺔ و ﻟﺠﺎن اﻻھ ﻞ اﻟﺘﺮﺑﻮﯾ ﺔ ﻟﺘﺒ ﺎدل اﻟﺨﺒ ﺮات و‬ ‫اﻟﺘﻮﻋﯿ ﺔ ﺣ ﻮل ﻣﻔﮭ ﻮم اﻟﺘﺮﺑﯿ ﺔ اﻟﺪاﻣﺠ ﺔ و اﻧﺘ ﺎج ﻋ ﺪد‬ ‫ﻣﻦ ﻣﻌﺎﯾﯿﺮ اﻟﺤﺪ اﻻدﻧﻰ ﻟﺠﻮدة اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ ‪.‬‬ ‫ ﻟﻘ ﺎءات دورﯾ ﺔ ﻟﻸھ ﻞ واﻻﺳ ﺎﺗﺬة ﻟﻤﻨﺎﻗ ﺸﺔ ﻗ ﻀﺎﯾﺎ‬‫ﺗﺮﺑﻮﯾﺔ ﺗﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺎﻻﻃﻔﺎل ‪.‬‬ ‫أﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺸﺮاﻛﺔ ﻣﻊ اﻻﺳﺎﺗﺬة و ادارات اﻟﻤﺪارس ‪:‬‬ ‫‪ -‬ورش ﻋﻤﻞ ﺗﺪرﯾﺒﯿﺔ ﺣﻮل اﻟﺘﺮﺑﯿﺔ اﻟﺪاﻣﺠﺔ ‪.‬‬

‫ﻣﺪرﺳ ﺔ وﻣﺮﻛ ﺰي ﺗﻌﻠ ﻢ وﻟﻌ ﺐ ﯾ ﺸﺎرﻛﻮن ﻓ ﻲ‬

‫وﺗﺘﻤﺜ ﻞ ھ ﺬه اﻟ ﺼﻌﻮﺑﺎت ﻓ ﻲ ﺛ ﻼث ﻣﺠ ﺎﻻت‬

‫اﻟﺘﺨﻄ ﯿﻂ واﻟﺘﻨﻔﯿ ﺬ ﻟﻠﺨﻄ ﻂ اﻟﻤﺪرﺳ ﯿﺔ ﻟﺘﺤ ﺴﯿﻦ‬

‫‪ -‬ﻓ ﻲ ‪ 20‬ﻣﺪرﺳ ﺔ ) ‪ 14‬ﻣﺪرﺳ ﺔ‬

‫رﺋﯿﺴﯿﺔ ھﻲ ‪:‬‬

‫ﺟﻮدة اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ ﻟﺠﻤﯿﻊ اﻻﻃﻔﺎل ‪.‬‬

‫‪ -‬اﻟﺘﻌﻠ ﯿﻢ اﻟﺠﯿ ﺪ وﯾﺘ ﻀﻤﻦ اﻟﺘﻄﺒﯿ ﻖ اﻟﻔﻌ ﺎل‬

‫‪ 8000 -‬ﻃﻔ ﻞ واﺳ ﺎﺗﺬﺗﮭﻢ ﯾ ﺼﺒﺤﻮن اﻛﺜ ﺮ ﺗﻔ ﺒﻼ‬

‫ﻟﻠﻤﻨﮭﺠﯿ ﺔ اﻟﺠﺪﯾ ﺪة ‪ ،‬ﺗﺤﻘﯿ ﻖ رؤﯾ ﺔ واھ ﺪاف‬

‫ﻟﺒﻌ ﻀﮭﻢ اﻟ ﺒﻌﺾ وﯾﺤﺘﺮﻣ ﻮن ھ ﻮﯾﺘﮭﻢ‬

‫ﻗﺮى ﺻﻮر وﻣﺨﯿﻢ اﻟﺮﺷ ﯿﺪﯾﺔ وﻋ ﯿﻦ‬

‫اﻟﻤﺪرﺳﺔ اﻟﺘﺮﺑﻮﯾﺔ ﻛﻤﺤﻮر ﻟﻠﺘﻨﻤﯿﺔ واﻟﺘﻄ ﻮر‬

‫اﻟﺸﺨﺼﯿﺔ واﻟﻔﺮوﻗﺎت ﻓﯿﻤﺎ ﺑﯿﻨﮭﻢ‪.‬‬

‫‪ -‬ﻣ ﺴﺘﻮى اﻻﺗﺎﺣ ﺔ ﻟﻠﺘﻌﻠ ﯿﻢ وﯾﺘ ﻀﻤﻦ‬

‫ﻧﻮﻋﯿﺔ اﻟﺘﻌﻠﯿﻢ اﻟﻤﻘﺪم ﻟﻼﻃﻔﺎل ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل اﻓﺴﺎح‬

‫ﻣﺴﺆوﻟﯿﺔ ﺗﻘﺪﯾﻢ اﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎت اﻟﺘﺮﺑﻮﯾﺔ اﻟﻤﻨﺎﺳﺒﺔ ‪.‬‬
