1. All selected B-schools/Universities/Colleges will be intimated individually about the program structure. 2. The decision of the A-maze committee will be final and binding on all participants. 3. The participating students must wear their participation-badges, and adhere to dress code/uniforms at all times during the course of the event. 4. Boarding & Lodging of National participants (Excluding Delhi & NCR) will be borne by IIPM. 5. The winners should be aware that the responsibility of A-maze Committee is only to ensure that the winners receive their prizes. Beyond that, A-maze Committee is not responsible for any other Liability. 6. All prizes can be in cash/cheque or in kind of an equivalent amount 7. No student can be a part of more than one team for the same event. 8. All participants are required to carry a valid photo ID card of their institute. 9. Elimination Round (on Day I – 12th Nov 2008 at 12:00pm) and The Final Round (on Day I – 12th Nov 2008 at 6:30pm) for the qualifiers of the Elimination
(a) Elimination Round: is open to one and all, and is purely a vocal round. Kindly note that the participants will be judged only on their voice and there will be no music provided/allowed. (b) Final Round: Only the members that qualify the elimination round will get through to the Final Round. The Final round consists of 3 stages. Stage 1: All the qualifying participants have to get their karaoke/midi file CD’s and it should have the music for the chorus and the 1st Stanza of the song, not exceeding 2 minutes 30 seconds. Stage 2: In this stage, 6 participants will be short listed from Stage 1 of the Final round. The participants have to get their karaoke/midi file CD. The song should necessarily be theme based i.e. A song with a message to mankind Stage 3: In the final stage, 2 finalists will be selected from Stage 2 of the Final round and the choice of song will be totally at the judges’ discretion. BUSINESS BARONS – Business Plan IIPM invites innovative business ideas for Business Barons – the Business Plan Contest. The event will be held in two phases: Phase I:

Six teams would be shortlisted in phase I. These selected teams will have to present their business plan to a panel of judges at IIPM on the day of the event.

THE ‘AD-GURU’- Ad Zap Young minds, creative thoughts and fresh ideas make it to the TV screens, FM or even the magazines. If you think you are worthy… be there and become the ‘AD GURU’ of the world. This is a two stage event. In the first stage participating teams will be given a topic at the venue, on which they need to make a print ad. In the second stage they would be given a product on which they have to make an AV commercial.
