How to configure GPRS/MMS/Email on I-Mates Phones: GPRS: 1- Click on start -> Setting -> Connections -> Advance -> Add
new modem connection. 2- Enter a name for connection: Batelco GPRS/ Select a modem:
Cellular Line (GPRS / 3G). 3- Access point name: internet.batelco.com. 4- User name: wap / Password: wap / Domain set to nothing. 5- Click Advance and click on (Use Server-assigned IP address)
then click on Click on Servers and click on (Use Serverassigned address) then finish. 6- After you click finish the windows will take you back to setting choose (manage existing connection) and tick on Batelco MMS. 7- Click on proxy setting then make sure there is tick on both (This
network connects to the internet) and (This network uses a proxy server to connect to the internet). 8- Click on advance and put the following data in the table that
will shown in the i-mate: Server HTTP WAP Secure WAP Socks Type
192.168.1.1
Click on 4 Socks
Then click ok or finish.

MMS: 1- Click on start -> Setting -> Connections -> Advance. 2- Select Network. [Write name Batelco Bahrain, and put private
network to (My work network)]. 3- After selecting network depend on your module you will find
MMS.Batelco Edit it, in some module a pop-up bottom will shown or you will find it as menu. 4- Enter a name for connection: Batelco MMS / Select a modem:
Cellular Line (GPRS / 3G). 5- Access point name: mms.batelco.com. 6- Don't set any user name / Password or Domain.
7- Then click finish or end. 8- Go to messaging -> Tools -> MMS Setting -> Servers -> New
then enter the following data: Server name: Gateway: Port number: Server address:
Batelco Bahrain 192.168.1.2 9201 http://192.168.36.10/servlets/mms
Then click ok or finish.
Email: Click start -> Messaging -> Account -> New Account -> Enter Email Address -> Skip -> Next -> then fill the user information (user name/ password / and name) -> Account information ( make it POP3 ) -> Server information incoming and outgoing mails to batelco.com.bh .
