Outlook profile settings
Following is the procedure to configure an Outlook profile to use with RPC over HTTP for NA users.
If user�s mailbox is in server any of the Chennai servers (Eg: CTSINTCOSXUA)
1. If outlook profile is already exists, open Outlook client, Click on Tools -> E-mails accounts -> View or change existing e-mail accounts �> click on Microsoft Exchange server -> Change. Otherwise configure a new profile by opening mail icon in control panel. Click on show profiles and enter new profile name e.g. Username_HTTP. 2. Click on add a new mail account and select server type as Microsoft Exchange server. Enter Exchange server name as CTSINTCOSXUA and user name as �Login id� e.g. 101111. 3.
Click on More Settings
4. On the Connection tab, in Exchange over the Internet, select the Connect to my Exchange mailbox using HTTP check box.

Click Exchange Proxy Settings.
6. On the Exchange Proxy Settings page, under Connections Settings, perform the following steps: a. Enter mail.cognizant.com in the Use this URL to connect to my proxy server for Exchange box. b. Select the Connect using SSL only check box. ma c. Select the Mutually authenticate the session when connecting with SSL check box.

Enter msstd:mail.cognizant.com in the Principle name for proxy server
6. On the Exchange Proxy Settings page, in the Proxy authentication settings window, in the Use this authentication when connecting to my proxy server for Exchange list, select Basic Authentication. 7.
Click OK.
If user�s mailbox is in Teaneck server CTSUSNJYSXUC or CTSUSNJYSXUD

Select the Connect using SSL only check box.
g. Select the Mutually authenticate the session when connecting with SSL check box. h. Enter msstd:nawebmail.cognizant.com in the Principle name for proxy server box.

On the Exchange Proxy Settings page, in the Proxy authentication settings
window, in the Use this authentication when connecting to my proxy server for Exchange list, select Basic Authentication. 7.
Click OK.
Once the profile is configured, open outlook client and when it prompts for authentication enter user name as �CTS\user id� e.g. �CTS\101111 and then network password.
