What time is it? 1)
At 0 minutes, say it’s Hour o’clock. For example: It’s four o’clock.

From 1 to 9 minutes, say It’s Hour+Oh+ Min. or It’s Min. past Hour. For example: It’s nine Oh six It’s six past nine.

At 30 minutes, say It’s Hour+Min. or It’s Half (½) past Hour. For example: It’s ten thirty or It’s half past ten.

From 1 to 29 minutes, say It’s Hour+Min. or It’s Min. past Hour. For example: It’s seven thirteen or It’s thirteen past seven.

At 15 minutes, say It’s Hour+Min. or It’s Min. past Hour or It’s a quarter (¼) past Hour.
For example: It’s one fifteen, It’s fifteen past one or It’s a quarter past one.

From 31 to 59 minutes, say It’s Hour+Min. or It’s (60-Min.) to Next Hour. For example: It’s five forty or It’s twenty to six.
At 45 minutes, say It’s Hour+Min. or It’s 15 to Next Hour or It’s a quarter to Next Hour. For example: It’s two forty-five or It’s fifteen to three or It’s a quarter to three.
