How to encode Cheques Using MICR ENCODING machine
1. Load the paper and press

Enter date in this Format. Format. Press

Now give the cheque amount without the Decimal places and press enter Eg: - For Rs.150.95 you have to type

Put the cheque in the placing tray to print and press Enter key
3. BATCH TICKET PRINTING

Place the Batch Ticket on the machine and press Enter key
4. Cheque error correction

7. cheque BOOK ENCODING

Then encoder asks for the number of cheque leaves. (25 or 50) If the cheque book consist of 25 leaves give 26 and press Enter key. key. If the cheque book consist of 50 leaves give 51 and press Enter key. key. Put the cheque in the tray and give the account number and press Enter key. key. Put second cheque in the tray and press Enter key once again. again. Then place rest of the cheques in the tray without pressing Enter Key.
