How to Create a Photo Album (Automatically) in PowerPoint 1. Open PowerPoint. 2. On the first blank slide, click Insert 3. Select Picture 4. Select New Photo Album
5. In the “Photo Album” dialogue box, select File/Disk and navigate to the location of your photos.
6. Select the photos that you want to include in your album, and click Insert. • (Note: You can hold down
the Ctrl key to select several photos, or click Ctrl A to select all of the photos.)

7. In the next “Photo Album” dialogue box, you can reorder the photos by highlighting a photo title and using these arrows.
8. After you arrange the photos in the order you want them to appear, click on Create.
9. Your photos will automatically be dropped into your PowerPoint slide show, one picture on each slide. A title slide is also included automatically, which you can edit.
10. To make this slideshow run automatically, select the Powerpoint Show (.pps) option in the “Save as type:” window beneath the title.
